Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Austin

I was there yesterday, as I was ordering my food cashier register was distracted by her co worker laughing at who knows what, anyways I order my sons a kids meal & also a number 8 and of course my son wanted ice cream, after I got everything I was trying to find my card to pay so I said I do want it I'll be back once I came back, I got everything done and settled and I said thank you and the lady didn't even say my pleasure like there suppose to. To top it all off about 20 mins after my two sons were enjoying the ice cream until I had some and I just wanted to barf in my food of the nastiest expired taste the ice had !!! I went back and said yall need to take that ice cream down because it is expired milk ! The lady said I would have to try it and she did, she came back to me and said I apologize I can give you the kids meal toy back and you can exchange it somewhere else for an ice cream! I asked her for a cup of water to rinse my sons mouth out ! Discusted! Now my son Is sick with diarrhea Thanks a lot chick fil a Bad Service never...

On Thursday at 6:25pm. I’m ready to place my order and my cashier name Ara or Ava was asking me what I wanted and my wife was asking for a cob salad. The cashier was asking my wife what type of dressing she wanted and I ask the cashier what kind of choices she have and she pointed to the menu board in a bad way telling me they are right there! I told her well looks like you don’t get the same type of service that you get in others chick- fil-a and another cashiers next to her was hearing the conversation and jump in to the register to finish my order, I told her that I was asking the other cashier about best dressing for my wife salad and she was able to offer me few choices and my wife was super happy. I also asked for a cup of water at the end and the young man who was dressed like a manager was very nice and calm. Honesty guys don’t be like McDonalds, they promise smiles to the guests and is being a longtime that we don’t see any.

They need to fired everyone in here point blank. On Easter weekend took my grandbaby to take pictures with the Easter Bunny decided to stop by and pick up some food. After waiting in a long line, we approached the counter and me and my mother was left standing there for 5 mins. The young white boy just walk off never took our order never said anything, while the other employees just looked on. In fact, they to open up the next cash register and was going to leave us to stand there... I had to give a true black moment to even receive service. I never leave reviews. But now that I'm seeing all the reviews from black employees and photos on Facebook. I think the word needs to be spead around, how racist they are.
