I visited this location on March 18, 2025. I placed a mobile order and when I got to the restaurant, the greeter told me that they didn't have medium cups that come with the combo and that I'd need to pay for an upgrade. She said they were closing to remodel in a couple of days and weren't purchasing anything else in the meantime. I repeated what she said to be clear that I, the consumer, needed to pay for an upgrade that I didn't request due to them not wanting to order additional materials. Yeah, that's not happening. I ask for a manager. A young lady comes outside with a male. She said she was the manager on duty and confirmed what the young lady said and told me that I could purchase 2 small drinks if I don't want to upgrade. She also went on to tell me that they don't have any lemonade. Lol. This is a joke at this point. I told her that I was near the Parmer/ Mopac location and came to 35 because it's on the way to my house and immediately regretted it. I asked her to cancel the order and she said she would, however, I was never refunded my $11.03. I called the Chick-fil-a cares line and she could see the transaction and said she'd try to get ahold of the GM or manager. I called 2 other times after not hearing anything and still haven't heard back. Yes, I want my money that was paid because I didn't get any food. I'm not sure why the company doesn't refund me, but they assured me that they were sending urgent messages to the owner/ GM. Smh. Hopefully I'll get a response here because the incompetent workers and lack of care from "Chick-fil-a Cares" is a joke...
Read moreI have always had a great experience at chick fil a , until my last visit at this location. I wanted to show my dad why I liked you guys so much, so I took him there. We ordered a spicy sandwich but forgot to get it with the works. When we got the sandwiches I told my dad they would easily correct this because they have great service. They charged me for the extra toppings, which is fair, but then we waited 5-10 min until I finally went to the counter as our sandwiches were cold. The manager said he would take care of it, well he did so by finally getting the toppings to our cold sandwiches. Thinking it a misunderstanding spoke with manager again but my dad losing patience as he is in his 60’s working full time and coming here in his day off, he started eating the cold sand which. The manager finally concedes to my 3rd request that they just give us new sandwiches like we wanted them originally, but when I brought the half eaten sand which my dad started on, he would only replace mine. Needless to say, I was vouching for your excellent customer service to impress my dad and have some quality father son time with him, instead we were treated like teenagers trying to con your restaurant for free sandwiches. Maybe inexperienced management here needs more training on what good customer service is, or need to be empowered to make managerial decisions instead of losing a valuable faithful customer over 2 sandwiches. Normally I overlook small offenses, but I have had better experiences at other chick fil as, and am seriously considering not ever coming back...

As I pulled off I checked bag given realized only one meal was given. I wasn’t to far. So I went back into long line and explained what happened. Told me oh I only charged you for one meal. I said okay let me order one more. Charged me again. As I go and pick up my order I looked in bag and AGAIN now this time they forgot my fries. I pulled and parked took my bags in and explained to manager what happened. She said oh I’m sorry that’s going to be so amount… card or cash? I was like are you for real?? I went into this twice in this long line charged my card twice and here I am having to walk inside and get charged again for fries! This is ridiculous! Of course I paid and got my fries for my daughter. But come on she could have accommodated me fries after going through line twice and having to go inside. Left there not so happy at all! If you can please talk to your employee of receiving proper information when ordering. Even repeat order and asked if it’s correct. And most of ALL always double check bag with screen to make sure customers orders are always CORRECT! And if your wanting your customers to return to same area accommodation is the key for your employees mistakes! Would have been nice to get the fries free.
