Visited the drive thru twice today to compare experiences. On the first visit, the drive thru attendant didn't review my entire order nor check my order's bag and shorted me a cinnamon roll. The bread from the chicken noodle soup appeared to be the cinnamon roll but when I went to give this as a present, it was a letdown that it wasn't complete. The attendant also didn't offer me a receipt the first time which I found odd so I can't even ask for the cinnamon roll since I have no proof of the first visit. On the second visit about two hours later, the same attendant was taking orders. I did not receive a total at the speaker like I did the first time but she also didn't review my order at all when I got to the window. I received my complete order the second time but I had to insist for a receipt. Overall the food is good but with the widely varying customer experiences I have found from multiple visits where some employees appear to be attentive but others, lackluster to start I would not recommend this location. You may have food items shorted, you may not get your receipt, you may not have employees providing customer service but you will get good food when you do get it.

I spent $45 here for VERY LAUGHABLY tiny portions of food. The Panera of my college years was on my tastebuds this Saturday afternoon. So I thought I'd give this new location a try. I received my food and as you can see in the photos, it was NOT what it appears on-screen (they have digital kiosks that you order on when you enter). The food is not homemade. It's pre-packaged, small portions of garbage! My fruit cup was tiny, my sandwich was tiny. I added bacon to it and it wasn't added. My daughter's teriyaki chicken looked like it was half eaten and they forgot my side of mac n cheese. The manager was a rude, entitled teenager who told me she didn't see anything wrong with the spoonful of cucumber tomato salad that I ordered as a side. Also, the tables were all dirty and floor was sticky. This place is too new to be this poorly run. I'm still hungry. And Disappointed 😞 Shame on you, Panera!

I’ve been eating at Panera Bread for years, however, this is the only location that I always have issues with. It also happens to be the closest location to where I currently live. I’m going to keep it short and let the pictures speak for itself. I ordered a sandwich and salad combo with a regular coffee. The sandwich was not edible—it was a mess I couldn’t even eat it, and the lettuce in the salad were wilted. $16 and some change for something I couldn’t eat. I chose Panera because I was craving something fresh but also didn’t want to get out of my car. This is what I get for being lazy. I won’t be returning to this location anymore, and honestly I doubt I will eat anything from Panera again besides their bagels because I like to order them by the dozen. It’s just at this point too expensive for the level of service they provide.

Incompetent staff. Panera app allows orders for curbside pickup at this location but the reality is it is not providing this service. So now you get to sit in the 10 deep drive through and wait another 30 minutes to get my now cold, hour old food. Called staff about being curbside (because the app said they would be right out with my food, which no one came....ever) who could care less and told me I needed to get out of my car to go read a sign on the door about something. No, how about you who is in charge of running a restaurant (a business that primarily provides customer service in order to survive) go bag all the curbside signs out front and place additional signs on them indicating curb side is closed, regardless of the lies stated when ordering online. Then call the customer once the order is placed online for curb side pick up and tell them to hit the drive through. I don't create accounts and provide contact info to only receive B.S. marketing. So I go through the drive through and give them my name....again, they say ok, I wait to eventually get to the pick up window to then be told the order is not ready and they will bring it out to me when its done......mmm OK. The irony that curbside is closed and they can't bring out the food but magically once you waste time sitting in the drive through it can be brought out.....maybe. I expressed my frustration to the drive through attendant who takes no ownership or responsibility in food prep or delivery......30 seconds later my cold food is located and handed out the window. On top of all this the order was wrong and missing items such as an entire desert, a salad and the grain that is the main ingredient of the grain bowl!

If you take extreme enjoyment out of being incredibly disappointed this is the place for it, a true gem indeed. On the other hand I will no longer do business here.

TLDR - This place is horribly mismanaged at your time...

first of all let me say how much lovED panera, I was bringing people here to eat and buying them food just because its so good! I came here one afternoon after work, ordered the brocoli and mac and cheese (my usual). I got my order, pulled off and couldnt even wait I was so excited. As soon as I put my tongue on the spoon it was COLD. I mean not warm, not lukewarm, BUT COLD. So I drove right back in the drive thru to tell them that I was coming to the window for a refund because NO. Before I could even say anything a manager was at the window telling me to calm down. WOW. thats the first thing you say to a loyal paying customer who is upset about their cold food? my feelings were hurt. but I asked if she needed my receipt to process a refund. She said "Can we have a cordial conversation" I told her that I didnt want to have a conversation I just want my money back, im tired, just got off work, picked kids up from school, like just make it quick and give me my money pls. get this.. as she was processing my refund she put my food on the counter in front of me, placed a thermometer in the food (intentionally so that I can see) why? idk. and stated "this is legally warm enough to serve" I was done. if thats the temperature food is USUALLY served at. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! ITS NOT SAFE! THIS IS NOT A GOOD LOCATION! there is no care for patrons. CLEARLY. and my niece recorded this interaction for my own records Im just letting the...

First timer at this location. Had a small group with me. Had called ahead and asked for info on wait time, etc.for the day I wanted to go there. All the info given was correct. The place was pretty much empty. However, there were tables with dirty dishes on them, floor and tables dirty like they had had a mad rush but didn't finish cleaning up. There was nobody at the register and there is no more handout menu for those that need them such as seniors ( had my 90 year old Mom with me). We helped her with the Kiosk order. Out of 7 orders, they got two wrong. My Mom's had to be redone. The beverage area is by the bathroom which has this "catch all" area across from it including trash and dirty dishes which was full. The bathroom was in horrible condition and the one I used needed some repairs with a badly broken huge TP holder one could barely manage. We were never bothered during our visit and were able to visit for a long time. The food was delicious! Not sure of all the changes this Panera Bread might be going thru' in management and staff. Not planning to return any time soon - although the food was good. It just felt like no one really cared for the way the restaurant looked at that time of the day. Have not seen a Panera Bread quite like this one before and don't understand why tables, floors and bathroom were so dirty when there were 3 people eating when we arrived there. Nope - not going back...
