Wow! I can't begin to express my gratitude to the night shift and day shift at the Chipotle on 1700 west Parmer ln. My wife and I recently became homeless with our four dogs and have been struggling to eat and simply make it. We are currently trying to get to Arkansas where two jobs and a place to call home awaits. I sheepishly walked in last night with a coupon for free food and told the young man behind the counter I was homeless and I hoped he would take the coupon. Not only did he take it but he treated me like a paying customer and with respect. Upon cashing out the lady behind the register gave me a free drink to wash down my super delicious food by the way. But not only did she give me a free drink she gave me five dollars out of the tip jar. I couldn't believe it. They work hard for those tips but elected to help a fellow human out instead of keeping it for themselves. What a testimony to the type of people hired at Chipotle. And when my wife went in to redeem her coupon they gsve her a free drink and more coupons to help in the future. These actions brought tears to our eyes upon leaving. So we came back today to eat this delicious food once again and the day shift were equally as nice and treated us no different for being homeless. I sure hope they have a Chipotle in Rogers Arkansas because when we get back on our feet you guys have two customers for life. Who'd of thought that your actions could have such an impact on two people just trying to make it in life. Thank you to all of you at the wonderful and kind Chipotle at 1700 West Parmer. Love you guys and gals. Phillip and...

Iām taking the time to send this message because I was very unhappy with my food experience at this location.
My order number was #395, and I visited on September 27, 2025, at 9:40 PM.
You promote the use of fresh ingredients and fresh food, correct? Well, at this location, that isnāt the case. Nothing about my order was fresh. The carne asada was cold, and the meat was neither tender nor flavorful. The black beans were dry, stale, and lacked heat. It seemed as though the food had been sitting out for hours, and the guacamole had an off-color.
As a longtime customer, I found this quite offensive because I spent my hard-earned money on a product that your employees did not care enough to ensure met the standards outlined in Chipotleās mission statement. Why would anyone allow food to leave the store when it isnāt of quality?
What is particularly disappointing is that I believe the staff working that shift knew the food wasnāt acceptable. They seemed more concerned about closing up shop and going home. How do I know this? When you walk into an establishment and see that the cleaning process has already started, itās clear that someone is ready to leave.
Why not focus on making fresh food and avoiding complaints like this? It was a very disappointing experience.
The sad part is that this wasn't the first time the freshness of food at this location...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a location that consistently disappoints. It is chronically understaffed and, as a result, PAINFULLY SLOW. The portions are inconsistent, and the place is ALWAYS a mess. If you order online, your order will NEVER be ready when the app says it'll be ready. Chances are you'll be standing around in this dirty store for 10-15 minutes AFTER your order was supposed to be ready. On one day, I arrived and the store wasn't even open yet because NOT ENOUGH STAFF HAD SHOWED UP. Yesterday, I placed an online order and showed up at the time the app estimated my order would be ready. Was my order ready? OF COURSE NOT! I waited 10 minutes, and then the app said my order was FINALLY ready, but it took another 5 minutes to get it because there weren't enough staff members to go fetch the completed online orders. And the store looked like a disaster area because they didn't even have enough staff to actually clean the place. When I finally got home, I discovered what Chipotle is now becoming known for: inadequate portions (especially on meat). I ordered extra barbacoa and received an amount equivalent to just a regular serving. I couldn't even find the guacamole until I took the last few bits of the burrito. I don't know why I bother giving this location a chance every few months when it always fails to delivery a remotely...
