I hate leaving a review like this for an Asian, small business, but I have to.
We went on for an early dinner on a Tuesday. The ladies seemed disinterested from the beginning. That's fine because it's a food court and we didn't go there expecting excellent service. However, when the entire food court is empty, maybe acting as if you're doing is a favor isn't the best way to go!
We ordered the Dak Bulgogi which is Korean BBQ Chicken served with rice. I am not Korean but I've had enough Korean food, and have several Korean friends to know what a basic Dak Bulgogi should look and taste like.
When it arrived, it was a shocker! The chicken seemed grey, had no char and didn't even look stir fried. It was doused in sesame oil, and had absolutely no flavor. We were very hungry and insanely tired, so we just decided to eat whatever we could. The attached photo shows what I mean. They did give us two types of kimchi which was the saving grace.

Read moreHana Yoree has been around as long as I can remember (I'm oldish) and they've become better and better through time. I consider it one of the best galbis in town. It's perfectly grilled, tender, and sweet like my mom's growing up. Their jjapchae is divine. It's slightly smokey from the wok and cooked perfectly. It's savory and slightly sweet and a great compliment to the galbi. I really like their bimbimbap too but ask for a little extra sauce. All of their soups are delicious as well. 5 stars from me, a Korean guy that knows...
