TLDR: Avoid this place. Go to KFC or somewhere else all together, unless you want to make a 20 minute trip into a 2 hour long drive around town.
I came here and went through the drive thru since the doors were locked and they weren't letting anyone in the lobby. Arrived and put in my order at 9:10 pm. We ordered our food; 12 pc chicken and some sides. They told us there was no chicken and they needed 15 minutes to make it, that was fine with us. They asked us to park around front and they would bring it out to us. After our car, there were about 6 other cars behind us that had to park and wait also.
About 45 minutes later we watch one employee inside hand our food to another and point to our car telling them that it is our food. That employee comes to our car and right before they hand it to us, another person who came after us, calls them to their car. The employee tells them the order and then asks them if it is their food. That car said yes and then takes off. We then ask that employee why they gave our food to a random car?, did they even check the receipt to check to see if the orders match?, and the employee confirms that they didn't check the receipt and that they gave away our food. On a side note how is this allowed to fly? Is the training at Church's so bad that they just give away people's orders to others?
We then go in and they tell us again "Yeah we gave your order to somebody else. We can remake your order". We ask how long before they can remake our order and they tell us they have no chicken and it will be another 30 minutes. At this point we have waited a whole hour for something that should have been less than a 20 minute trip. We ended getting a refund instead of wasting our time waiting around again.

Read moreI ordered from Uber Eats today at about 4:30pm and when they delivered my order I had half my order missing the chicken was old and was given other items that I didn't even ask for. So I called the manager working at 5:20pm and explained the situation to him. He stated that they don't have any of those items anymore that I ordered and then he was pushing blame on uber instead of trying to take care of the customer. He was saying Uber drivers are just saying give them that. which I don't believe. So I asked him how do people that are customers know what they do have or don't if they are ordering it through Uber. He didn't understand that question. So then he told me to get a refund through Uber which I already knew that I wasn't asking for a refund through them. So I asked him can I just bring the food up to the store and have my food remade and given stuff they do have because my food was old and missing things. His response was you already have the food. He was absolutely disrespectful and did not care about taking care of the customer. He had staff in the background yelling and saying stuff like we already made her stuff and that it was gone an hour ago and they were not remaking it when I asked to come up there. Read moreThe food was yummy as usual, the older man running the register is always friendly but we tried to dine in and I have to say that until the manager/owner get his completely LOUD, unprofessional and HIGHLY OBNOXIOUS staff under control, I will not be dining in again and would suggest no one else does either. This is a small family type restaurant, not a Mexican fiesta Cinco de mayo bar/celebration. There is one particular woman who apparently doesn't get enough attention at home and desperately seems to want attention of her male coworkers and whose voice was like nails on a chalkboard and literally made me nauseous. And her obnoxious horrific laugh was even worse if that's possible. Good food but if dining in, BEWARE!! Her voice is literally AWFUL... Hope the wonderful nice manager takes care of this situation or he'll be definitely be losing business with her loud horrific voice. Completely unacceptable so much so that another customer was there with his little granddaughter and ended up yelling at them in Spanish to shut up. BAD OBNOXIOUS UNPROFESSIONAL...
