Great little neighborhood dive taco spot. Not in the upper echelon of tacos in the city but a welcome and perfectly serviceable spot that would be a great daily driver for getting tacos on your way to work etc. I pass by this place all the time and decided to finally stop by and try them. I normally judge a place by getting a barbacoa, a pastor, and a tripas taco. This place doesn't serve tripas so I got a barbacoa, a pastor, a carne guisada and a chicharron. All were well done and I have no complaints. I love that they offer pico de gallo on their tacos instead of onion and cilantro. It helps set them apart. The chicharron was better at lunch yesterday at Polvos, but it was also a $20 plate. Here the tacos are $3 so for less than $15 before tip I got 4 tacos plus salsa and fast service to boot. I wouldn't travel 30 minutes to eat here, but I would frequent the joint if it were my neighborhood taco establishment. The fast and very friendly service is a nice bonus.

The daily specials come with tea at a low price of 5.99 you can't beat that, portions to me are a bit small but they have them thru out the 7 days and all day. So far everything I've tried its been good .

Amazing salsa! Great clean tiny restaurant. The plate lunches cost between $7 to $9 on average. The daily lunch specials are $5.99, not including tea.

The tea is good non-sweetened tea and only costs $.99!

This was our first time visiting and we will definitely come back again.

The only down side to this place is that they don't serve authentic homemade tortillas. If they did, they would probably have a lot more customers! So minus one star for not making their own tortillas.

The restaurant sits in the middle of a tiny run-down 3-business strip center. The inside is very small, but it has enough space to serve maybe 6 parties of 2 to 4 people. The decor and fixtures are very outdated but they keep the place clean.

For a tiny Mexican restaurant, this place holds it's own and it seems that a lot of repeat customers frequent the place. We went for lunch but they said they serve breakfast all day. I noticed that the breakfast tacos are only $.99 until 11 am and $1.25 afterwards, so that might be where they get a lot of their business.

I will definitely go again but I will skip the tortillas since I am kind of a tortilla purist. They aren't bad-- they just...

(Warning $10 min on credit card purchases). This is a quaint little restaurant. No frills but good affordable food. I got the Huevos Rancheros $3.99. was good came with potatoes Bean's Tortilla's. Ordered bacon with it $2.00 extra it was a bit overcooked.Coffee was not so good only .99 so ok. When you enter the restraunt it shows visa MasterCard signs. I think cool bc spent my cash last nte. Got to the counter to pay and a tiny sign says $10 min on credit card purchase. My bill is less than $6. She asks if I want to buy something else I say not really can I just pay $1 or whatever for credit card fee or add a larger tip. Nope. I can go next door get cash or order more food; I don't want or need more food. I ordered chips bc I didn't want to argue. I will say cashier/waitress was nice and I left a tip but the $10 policy with no wavering for a new customer is just silly. My final bill...
