I received an email for my emergency tater tots. I tapped on the advertisement and thus launched the Domino’s app. Upon adding the bacon and cheddar tater tots, along with the coupon, it was brought to my attention that a minimum purchase was required. I tried purchasing a Parmesan cheese package for $1.02, but that was unsuccessful. However, I did discover upon selecting 10 packets. I had to order at least eight dollars worth of food.
Sadly, due to negative of lack of income , I decided to call the establishment and spoke with this wonderful gentle person named Tyler. I explained the situation I was in and inquired if I was able to walk into the store and obtain the free tater tots. With such ease and confidence, Tyler exclaimed the benefits of the coupon as well as, kindly telling me no without saying no. I felt so energized by his kind words. I hightail it around the house looking for money to see if we had anything in our pockets, coats, purses, and anywhere else coins could be Period, but then we remembered we sold some books at half-price books and obtain six dollars there. With the combine found change and the dollar 49 from Apple wallet I was able to send my husband to pick up the pizza and my free tater tots.

Read morePlaced an online order (as I have for 3 years from this location) - same apartment complex. Provided delivery instructions to leave at door. Mind you this driver isn’t new. He’s been to my apt because he’s called me before and hangs around even though I ask to leave food at the door so I just wait for him to leave. Driver calls me to ask for me to guide him into complex - i give instructions - he asks for me to stay on the line but mention I can’t stay on the phone because I take calls. He calls me back to say he is at my building (Found the 2 apt next to me but couldn’t find mine) example he was at 812 I’m at 811. He then proceeds to say if I’m not willing to come out to the parking lot then he’s going to have to cancel my order. I then asked to please cancel he got upset and hung up on me. I’m at this point upset because he blatantly just hangs up - I call the store to see if I can get a refund - then explain what happened with the drive but the man answering who states was the manager is DRUNK or on something because he was slurring/mumbling. I’m having to redirect the conversation many times. Just a terrible experience overall. Very 1st time in e years. I will not be ordering from this...

I played an order online at 6:17pm, at 6:20pm got an notification that my pizza was prep by Nicole, waiting outside keep walking in and out to check on the tracker monitor, it was indicated my name and status was"prep" and seen 2 name above mine. Ok. I was still waiting . At 7:03pm walk in again, waited at the counter and seen my name was 6 belowed other name, and my status still "prep". At that time since i paid online already and i had 2 kids waiting too so i asked if i can cancelled my order since i need to go home too. The lady walk in to the register with a very bad attitude told me that i did not have to cancel , if you dont pick up then it will be cancelled by itself. How is it possible?
