Last night I had placed an order at 9:27 and got confirmation that I wouldn’t receive the order for up to an hour, which is fine. That seemed normal to me on a Friday night. After an hour and 45 mins I called the store. I was told another 15-19 mins. After falling asleep waiting on the couch, I woke up 10 till midnight and got the text at 10 after midnight that my order was on the way. I finally got my order 3 hours after I ordered it.
After finally receiving my order, my food was cold, the box was smashed on top of the pizza, it was wet along with the box with the cheesy bread. The cheesy bread wasn’t good any longer and had to be thrown away. Only thing that was good that I received was the 2 liters.
The experience with this store has been slowly getting worse. I had an issue with the last order for deliver, but it was only forgetting an item and it taking a little bit longer than the ETA given. I did do a pick up one time and the order was completely fine.
I currently run a business and understand sometimes you get backed up. But if you don’t have the staff to support your business, it’s a problem if you continue to operate your business like you do. If you can’t support delivery and need people in the store, then make a business decision and require carry out only so people can make the decision before ordering to go somewhere else.
This operation needs significant help and probably should look at the way they treat their employees. When calling these people sound overworked and not treated well because they treat customers terribly. You can definitely tell that the people who work there don’t like their jobs.

Read moreThis place will definitely steal your money. It's been almost 3 weeks now waiting for a refund that I'm assuming will never come. I ordered food on 4/14 at around 11:30-11:45. Around 12:30-12:45 I get an alert that it is on its way, ETA 1:00. That eta just kept growing and growing. Around 1:45 I called them because the tracking app STILL showed the driver at the store. Guy who answered tried to make jokes about it, but then told me the delivery driver left his phone on top of the car and it broke, that's why tracking wasnt updating. He told me if I wanted to speak to the manager, call back after 2 because the manager on duty at that time only spoke Spanish. Cool, whatever, I just wanted my food. The driver finally started moving on the app so I decided to wait longer. Around 2:30-2:40, it showed my food as delivered, but I never received anything. Called and spoke to the manager, he said they'd remake it if I can come pick it up. I said okay and asked if I could get a refund for the delivery fee and tip since I'm not receiving this service. He said he'd refund the whole thing (which is actually a guarantee on their website). Awesome, I go pick it up and enjoy my food. The next day, it settles for the full amount. I called the store and was told the manager would call me back. He didn't, so the next day I submitted feedback through the website. Received a generic response email and never heard anything else. It may only be around $10 for the tip and delivery, but that was not y'all's to take. Y'all didn't provide the service I paid for. That was MY money that I will forever be taking elsewhere now. Read moreOkay so, I’m posting this review late because I ordered it last night. Anyways, on Friday night, I ordered a medium 3 topping pizza with extra sauce and double cheese. When I received the pizza, it was missing one topping-the beef. I wasn’t upset or anything, but I called and told them my pizza was missing a topping. Honestly, I may have heard wrong, but whomever answered my call called me a liar under their breath. I disregarded that because I assumed I heard wrong. He basically told me that they can make me a new pizza with all of the toppings and it should arrive in 20 to 30 minutes but they want me to trade the messed up pizza for the new one. I agreed. Well, I called at 7:50 or so and checked outside my door constantly for the new one, but gave up after 8:50 because I assumed they’d call to let me know they were here. A few hours go by and it’s 11:35pm, I’m tired and without my pizza. I go outside and there is the pizza. Sitting there on the ground for hours I assume. It’s cold and bugs were crawling over the box. I never got a call from a delivery person. And now I’m too tired to call and request another one, so I wait until morning. Well, I wake up today and call to at least get a refund.
