We had paneer dosa and tomato chaat uttapam pancakes. Dosa came with two dips. Uttapam pancakes came by itself. Could’ve been more quantity for dips as the dip container was only halfway filled.
Food was a bit on mild side. Paneer Dosa would have been better if it was a bit spicy or with somewhat masala compared to the bland taste. But I think as for fusion dosa to cater all type of audiences with regards to the taste - it was okay. Non Indian people might like this way more than typical Indian. Uttapam chat was good compared to paneer Dosa.
The show stealing food item was dessert. We had Rose Doffle = Dosa + Waffle ( with Gulab Jamun inside and crispy Dosa batter outside with rose syrup and pistachio. It was hot and delicious. It wasn’t too sweet like gulab jamun as it’s covered with dosa batter to lighten that over sweetened typical gulab jamun flavor. Just as I like it. There’s ice cream shop near by and we added icecream scoop on top of it. Best combo. Hot doffle and cold ice cream. It’s served on stick and very innovative creation.
Also, we ordered main dishes and waited for 20 minutes. And then we ordered dessert after main dishes were finished and waited for another 25 minutes for doffles to arrive. So better to order everything in one go. As wait time after ordering food can be 20-25 minutes.
There are disability parking spots right across the food truck. Also limited parking spots in the same lot during peak hours but you’ll find one or two empty for sure. Parking lot also has ChargePoint charging station and EV parking spots so you can charge your EV while you...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible dosa shack, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a delightful aroma that instantly whetted my appetite.
The menu boasted an extensive selection of dosas, each more tempting than the last. After careful consideration, I opted for their signature Classic Dosa and couldn't have been happier with my choice. The dosa was expertly prepared, with a thin, golden-pink exterior that provided a satisfying crunch with every bite. The filling of spiced potato masala was perfectly seasoned and brought a burst of flavors that left me craving for more.
The accompanying chutneys were a revelation! The coconut chutney was creamy and rich, while the tangy tomato chutney had just the right amount of kick. They perfectly complemented the dosa and enhanced its taste. The sambar, with its aromatic blend of spices and the right consistency, was a delightful addition. In terms of value for money, this dosa place is exceptional. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable considering the quality and taste of the food. It's evident that they prioritize delivering an unforgettable culinary experience to...
Read moreI was craving paneer, so when I saw pictures of the paneer skewers and the paneer spinach melt sandwich, I just needed to try them. We ordered the Paneer Tikka, Vada Pav, Fried Idli, and the Paneer Spinach Melt.
Warning: The Paneer Tikka is spicy due to the jalapeños, but it's really yummy with the sauce! I would recommend it for those who enjoy spice.
The Paneer Spinach Melt was indescribably delicious. It's obviously not the healthiest in terms of fat content, but the flavors were wonderful. The sandwich had a great cheese pull, and the chutney added the perfect touch to this buttery melt. This is one of my favorites now!
The fried idlis are a MUST! I've had these and my family makes them, but the seasoning on the idlis with the flavor of the dipping sauce is simply perfection.
Their mango lassi was not overly sweet and just right. Next time, I want to try the Doffles! I've never had those.
The food was yummy, but did take a while to come out. This food truck is inside a food truck park, so there was some seating...
