ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO STARVE AND NOT GET ANY FOOD AFTER 1.5 hours of waiting. I wish I had pictures to put but we didn’t get our order even after 1.5 hours of ordering it. I really didn’t want to write a review but I was a regular here when people even didn’t know this place existed - in fact I have told lot of people about the spot and now the service I have got here today makes me feel that why such discriminated behavior towards me!!! ☹️
Here’s the full story, we (me + 6 close friends) went there at 9 pm - There was a usual line when we joined. Some people joined the line even after us. We ordered 4 dishes and some drinks, papads etc. The person who was taking order said it will take 30-35 minutes, I was like okay - it is not too much - not too less. We are waiting for getting our order. It’s been 30 minutes, I have checked with the guy - he is like the your order is getting ready.. We are waiting.. other folks are coming and getting their dishes.. I have asked again, still he said the same things that we are making your order only. 3 of us kept waiting and asking while even the folks who ordered after us took the food and ate it and gone home. Now we are at 1 hour since we have ordered, again we asked and yep, you guessed it right- still food is in the works!
We were so done after that - we asked to cancel the order and then as it was still not ready, not even one dish was ready. How is it possible? After waiting for 1.5 hours - we were with no food as it has crossed the limit and that’s it. No matter how much I like the eggs there.. I don’t know if I have courage to go there again to waste my time.
After we canceled the order- the chef was like we don’t want to charge you but do you still want one plate, since yours was the last order and then we don’t have anyone to give it to. I have already made it. If there were at least 25 folks who have ordered after me, how is it that my order is last order? So go at your own risk. They are really doing worst at managing the order sorting.
PS: guess what - the person who is responding to all the reviews, they are not even putting any efforts to write the reviews. All the responses to the other folks, it looks like ChatGPT’s free version has...
