Lazzat Halal Indian Pakistani Cuisine — Restaurant in Austin

We came as a large group to Lazzat on a freezing cold Sunday. We were greeted with very nice service and complimentary chai. They have large and regular tables already set up so any large groups coming here, this restaurant is ideal. We ordered fries , chicken tikka burger, chicken ramen, Mongolian beef, chicken chow mein, combination fried rice and peach boba tea. Everything was very flavorful and had a nice Asian/desi flavor. My favorite dishes were combination fried rice and Mongolian beef. They also offered a desi buffet. They have high chairs for kids too. Those looking to try authentic Pakistani cuisine, this is the place for them. We ordered Karahi , Biryani, Chappli Kababs, chowmein , teriyaki chicken, nehari, tawa chicken, chicken Tikka roles and the chappli kabab smash burger. It was a large party, hence so much food. But it gave us a chance to sample everything. The biryani, karahi, and nehari were fantastic!. The chowmein was good, but the teriyaki chicken and chappli kababs were lacking in taste. I have been looking for authentic Pakistani food in Austin for years and I am glad I found this place. The food is delicious and will make you feel if you were eating in Pakistan. I tried chicken biryani, nihari and chowmen and everything was absolutely perfect. I loved the nihari. It will remind you of the nihari places of Karachi. Their service is a topping to the cake. The person greeted us with a warm smile and the service was quick.
