10/5 stars - I cannot wait to return for seconds! Hummus Cuisine is a true gem. The falafel sandwich was especially delicious and an absolute must. My only complaint is that I did not have room for another. Pro tip: order a side of hummus to kick it up a notch. I foolishly waited until halfway through the meal before this realization. The sandwich itself was assembled with care and every bite felt balanced from start to finish.

Found this gem after a bicycle ride in a nearby park and ordered the flavor-packed falafel plate. I was welcomed warmly by the sweet Lebanese mom-and-pop team who run the business. I loved the fragrant spices of the falafel, made fresh for my order. Every item on the plate was fresh, healthy, tasty and presented with care (falafel, tahini sauce, hummus, pickles, tomato, lettuce salad, tabouli salad and pita). Honest review...I've lived in the Middle East and I'm obsessed with Lebanese food, among others, and this place just gets it. Fresh, thought out and perfectly executed Lebanese food.
