Taqueria Los Chilangos — Restaurant in Buda

Took my truck to get inspected at Garcia’s Garage which is next door to this trailer. They had about a 20-30 minute wait, it was lunch time so I went over to try the food out. I got the street tacos, pastor and bistec. The service was great and food arrived quickly. Everything was good, but I preferred the pastor over the bistec. My only gripe was the street taco plate seemed a little more pricey for a taco trailer but it was good so who cares....

We've been getting food from Taqueria Los Chilangos regularly since moving to the area over a year ago. I don't know how they do it but I've never had better potatoes in a breakfast taco, and I've had plenty. And the mini taco plate with bistec is my favorite lunch item (try it with the spicy jalapeño salsa). 10 out of 10! Can’t believe I drove past this place for years. The ladies were wonderful, the food was amazing, all the little touches, fresh toasted flour tortillas, grilled jalapeño on the side with 3 different legit salsas. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, with beautiful fresh cilantro, onion and cucumber. I had the Pastor and fajita taco, with fresh guacamole and chips.
