Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Austin

After walking into Jimmy John's I noticed that one of the workers was on the floor putting chips up for the display. When I walked up and looked at her she didn't smile or even say hello or any kind of greeting whatsoever. When I walked up to the register another lady came up to the register did not smile did not say hello and did not greet me in any way. After ordering my sandwich I noticed another lady was already making my sandwich even though I did not specify what kind of bread.. I never told her what kind of bread I wanted because nobody asked me what kind of bread do I want. As she started to change over to another sandwich with the correct bread she was angry and gave me a dirty look. After going to the restroom and coming back I realized I was never given a cup for a drink so I asked the lady I never got a cup and she said just grab one and gave me another dirty look. And all the times I've been to Jimmy John's I've never had a problem like this especially from three different workers. Very upset with this experience I think these workers definitely should be talked to on how to greet and help customers to feel comfortable when ordering and sitting down inside...

The sign on the front door is very uninviting. People, humans, especially when they are miles outside of the city and just need to use the bathroom, or possibly would like to wash their hands before ordering, are not treated as valued customers before ordering because the only thing important to people is money. I do not give my business to such places that do not believe in setting human precedents. The place next door allowed me to use the bathroom (which was very clean) without hesitation. If you do not want to clean the bathroom in the place that you work, either privatize it completely or work at a place that does not have a bathroom. I am not just a walking dollar sign where my money dictates whether I get proper service, that should be the standard as soon as I enter the building and for a customer service job, you should...

Had to go pick up my order after ordering online, which was fine since the computer was wrong about the delivery area. when I arrived the Assistant manager was very polite and was explaining to me why they couldn't deliver, when out of no where the Manager comes up to me and rudely started to tell me that we don't deliver there I've said it about 6 times we don't deliver to your apts. he was so rude and tone was so aggressive it brought me to tears. I just moved into my apts a few months ago, and I was never the one to order in the pass since this was my 1ST TIME EVER EATING JIMMY JOHNS. I have never been treated so rudely in my life like that.
