Thai Time is hands down my favorite spot for Thai food! It was the first Thai cuisine I tried, and even after exploring other options, nothing compares. Every dish is flawless—tender, flavorful meat and perfectly cooked vegetables that are juicy yet still have a satisfying crunch. You can customize the heat level to your liking, which is a great touch. Their Sticky Rice dessert is an absolute must-try! The combination of sweet sticky rice and perfectly ripe mango is pure bliss. It's a seasonal treat, so it’s not always available, but when it is, don’t miss the chance to experience it.

Below is their pineapple fried rice (So good and it has a bit of a kick to it) Also, you will see the Pad See Ewe which is my favorite as well as the dishes they serve which are posted when you walk up to order. You give them your order and then they hand you a little buzzer and they've got seating there now outside and then when you're busy rings you go get your food and enjoy! Look for the pink...

Everything on the menu always tastes fresh and delicious. I work at the tattoo shop down the street and we eat lunch here multiple times a week. It’s everyone’s favorite spot. You can order anything on the menu and know that nothing is going to be soggy or greasy or weird. High quality food. I used to eat at the Thai time location on south Congress about 10 years ago and it was excellent then too. My favorite dish is the cashew chicken but I have to order it without dried chilis because they are a little too spicy for me and it always tastes excellent. I also love the pineapple fried rice! It’s got curry in it, and with raisins, pineapple and cilantro so every bite is a culinary adventure. Grab yourself lunch here, it...

We have this place a shot after reading all the reviews!! The food is absolutely amazing, quality, quantity and price, it was perfect. We ordered :

Tom kha soup: rich, with great ingredients, thick soup. I have been to many Thai restaurants, and this being from a food truck, beats them all !

Red curry chicken: Nice rich thick curry, good portion. Taste was superb. Kids loved it.

Drunkin noodles: perfectly cooked flat noodles, with chicken, it was amazing. No need to be drunk to love this 😋

Fried Dumplings: These came out a bit dry, but the taste was great.

Great food , good quality and decent price, enjoyed every bit of it. Keep up the quality and we will be back for...

Excellent food! Loved everything here.. the quality and quantity of the is really good. Had no issues with my order. Very friendly! There is plenty seating area around the food truck. Evenings would be a good time to spend and have dinner. Other times may be hot due to current heat conditions. The sitting area is covered though. They are closed Sunday and Monday. They are open between 12 PM and 8 PM, other days. The only problem is this - there’s not enough parking if you have many folks in the area as it also shares space with few other food trucks.
