I recently had an unfortunate experience that left me feeling both uncomfortable and disheartened. My visit started off poorly and only went downhill from there. The bar was quite crowded, so I initially found a table and sat down. After i ordered, someone else took my spot and i had to move to another part of the bar. I didn't think much of it However, when it came time to settle my bill, I noticed I was being charged for a drink(s) I didn't order. I approached the bartender to clarify the mistake, but instead of rectifying the situation, I was met with indifference. The bartender insisted on charging me for the drink, presumably because the person who took my table had ordered it. It was clear that the mix-up was due to the crowded environment, but the staff showed no willingness to address the issue fairly. What made the situation worse was the management's response. When I asked to speak with a manager, they were incredibly rude. They didn't make eye contact, speak to me directly, or offer any form of comfort or apology for the mistake. Their dismissive attitude left me feeling uneasy and unwelcome for the remainder of my time there. Given this experience, I do not plan to return to Limestone rooftop and certainly won't be recommending it to friends, family, or my clients. It's disappointing when an establishment's poor customer service overshadows what could have been an enjoyable evening. I hope Limestone rooftop takes this feedback seriously and makes efforts to improve their service and management approach. Customer satisfaction should always be a priority, and unfortunately, that was sorely lacking...
Read moreThe Eurocircle had its Summer closing white party at this location, and even though the view was stunning, we experienced awful service. The Margarita was missing everything that was considered alcohol. It was a very low-quality premixed lemonade. We thought we changed to vodka soda, but they said they couldn't serve it. That was the proof that they had been preparing the fake (premixed) Margaritas and other premixed cocktails for this event. When we paid, they asked for $60, I had to ask the bartender to search for more open bills under my name with the same card details because we ordered more (I didn't want to be in a situation where I left it open, they will close after I left with a built-in gratuity 20% or even more. I did great because they found another account open with my name and with the same card (we only contacted the same bartender during the whole night) and we received feedback from friends from the same event they were overcharged big time. I am planning to report and dispute these charges to my bank because obviously, they screwed us over for good. Just avoid the place or be very careful....
Read moreI would say 3.75 🌟- Location, views, and atmosphere is really cool. Food and drinks are a mix. Additionally, their outside space-heaters don’t work yet. Service was great.
Santa’s secret: a bit too sweet but good The Ziki: really good Grapes of Wrath: meh, a couple of reviews recommended it, so I decided to give it a try, it was bitter for my taste Yellow snow: it is good but nothing special Peppermint Patty: it tasted like peppermint
Zucchini fritters: it was ok. It looked and kind of tasted like falafel instead of zucchini, it was plain, could’ve used some seasoning. The sauce was excellent though Ahi Crudo: meh, it didn’t taste fresh at all and the sauce was salt bitter water, not curry by any means Roasted butternut squash: excellent! So many good flavors and well seasoned Roasted octopus: a hair chewy but very well seasoned and delicious Braised beef cheeks: very moist, it melts in your mouth
I will definitely give them...
