Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Austin

I have stopped in this location a few times to grab a 'ready to go' pizza, for $6 I suppose you can't complain on that level. However, today I called in for a 'deep, deep dish' pizza, since they are "specially made to order". They told me 20 min and I pulled in at exactly 20 min. I walked in with only 1 person checking out ahead of myself. When the girl asked me my name and I told her she replied "oh yeah...." walked to the back of the store and asked some guys about it; I can clearly hear them ALL snarling and saying oh well...she came back to me and TOLD ME exactly "Your pizzas were just sold to the guy that was in here before you..." I ordered a pizza, waited the 20 minutes, driving to you to pick it up, and you KNOWINGLY sold my specially ordered pizzas to someone walking in!!??? I asked for the manager and got some stupid ass guy who didn't even apologize to me and told me he wasn't going to do ANYTHING for THEIR horrible customer service. I asked for a free pizza to compensate, he said no, I asked if I were to wait another 20 min for what I was suppose to get, if he would compensate with something extra, he said no. Once I asked for the GM/Store Manager's contact info he told me he couldn't give that info out and gave me a corporate number instead.

I will NEVER set foot in this store again. And Little Caesars corporate will definitely hear about how horrible this store is.

I came in and waited about 10 minutes before anyone came from the back to help me. The lady didn't greet me she just asked me how she could help me. I asked how many slices are on a large then asked for two large pizzas and crazy bread. When she was done charging my card, she told me to have a good day and then walked away. As she was walking away I asked her if I could get some sauce for the crazy bread. She acted like she didn't hear me at first. I asked her again politely and again she acted like she didn't hear me. Finally I've cupped my hand over my mouth and I said "Ma'am". That's when she acknowledged me said "I can't hear you. I didn't charge you for any sauce." I told her I didn't know I had to ask for it. She said if I would have ordered the crazy combo I would have gotten sauce but all I asked was crazy bread. Then she told me that she didn't have any of that sauce prepared anyway. I called b* on all of it. I stood there staring at her dumbfounded and I said "Woooow, technicalities." At that time she turned around walked off and said have a nice day. I took my pizza and crazy bread I said that is stupid and I walked out.

The moral of the story is 1. Don't go here. 2. If you do come here, be sure to ask for the crazy combo if you expect to get marinara sauce. 3. The older lady that was there today (8/28/22) is rude and shouldn't be working...

The girl behind the counter gives pizzas only to the people that she likes. If she takes one look at you and decided that she doesn't like you, then you are going to have to wait for your pizza. I ordered a 3 meat pizza and I guess she decided that she didn't like me because she without looking said that I would have to wait for a 3 meat so I asked if I could have a supreme instead and she said I would have to wait for that too. She said it would take 3 minutes for the 3 meat to be ready. So I paid for the 3 meat and went to my car to wait because it was hot in the store, the a/c was out. I went back and she told me that the 3 meat was for another customer and that I would have to wait 5 minutes. So I asked again if a supreme was ready and she said it would be 5 minutes for the supreme too. I went back to the car and waited another 5 minutes and went back in. Another girl was working the counter and I asked her what pizzas were ready because I would ready to accept any pizza at that time and the girl said that a supreme was ready. I replied why didn't she give me that 15 minutes ago when I asked for it. Then the other girl who was making me wait was now in the back and she yelled the 3 meat is ready!
