After a recent visit to this store, I changed my rating after an employee decided it would be funny or cute to explain why there was no ice cream... Totally unnecessary from the start. Please understand, I do not appreciate being lied to, You don't know me, I have done nothing to you. There is no need to lie or fabricate a story. If you are just born a liar, please get some skills before opening your mouth to lie and for heaven's sake, at least make it believable. Lying to me and telling me that there is no ice cream at 4:45am because the ice cream machine is locked might have been believable, if and only if, you wouldn't have tried to explain it further. Once the explanation that, "you know it locks by itself at 12:45 or midnight and then unlocks at 6:45 or 7:15 in the morning" was given, all credibility went out the window. Your offer of a strawberry pie or iced coffee was very nice but that's not what I asked for. I asked for a refund of my points back to my account, but you laughed and said you "can't do that" but when I said that I was going to call corporate you didn't have anything else to say and you suddenly stopped laughing ... now THAT was the funny part. All you would have had to do is say, "sorry, we are totally out of ice cream" or "sorry the machine is broke" or " I don't feel like getting you ice cream right now" instead of insulting my intelligence and everything would have been okay.
So I will totally admit that when it comes to the cold weather, I'm a big ole wimp. So Monday morning, when the temperature hit 14 degrees, I am not a happy camper. I need food and warmth. The Golden Arches!! It's McDonald's; they have a couple of billion dollars laying around. Hell, we could sit around a fire and torch $50 bills as much as we pay them for our food to stay warm! Not at this location; it was in the lower 50's inside the restaurant (thanks to the Pixel Pro 8 with the handy thermometer). The food sucked, the attitudes sucked, the cold seats sucked, my teeth chattering as I tried to eat sucked, and my caramel frappe totally sucked. I asked them to turn on the heat; a kid asked them; another lady asked them; nobody did a thing. Two couples turned around and left after waiting to order because it was frigging cold. I finally couldn't take it anymore and went back to the car to finish my meal and warm up. Hopefully, this is not a usual occurrence. One last thing, and this is to McDonald's, Whataburger, Schlotsky's, and a few others.... It's already bad enough that you have increased the price of everything. It's worse that you have shrunk the size of your containers without saying anything, like you hope we aren't going to notice. Grab your balls and just say it; we need more money to feed our capitalist pigs! So prices up, quality and quantity down! The worst??? At least fill up...
Read moreI live very close to this location and we rarely go there. 05/20/2013 we stopped by for dinner. The cashier ( male) was very nice but he didn't know how to key -in menu items on the register. Then he asked one of the managers but they were busy putting together orders. He figured out how to take the order then I asked for a jalapeño and he didn't know where to key it in, again asked another manager there but she just came up to the register and keyed it in and left ( instead of telling him where to enter it). We were waiting for our order (no cups were given yet) then we got 3 order of fries and a PLAIN burger. The order was wrong,the cashier had keyed in the incorrect order. We never asked for PLAIN burger or 3 orders of fries (we ordered large fries with both orders). One of the managers told the cashier who took our order to go to the back, In my opionion they should train employees not just send them somewhere else. My boyfriend was trying to explain that the burger was plain and he didn't order it plain and she was not opened to being explained, just saw the "plain" sticker and said you ordered a plain burger but we didnt. As we were eating people from the drive-thru were coming in and changing their orders. We were done eating and the manager (2 managers on duty) never came to apoligize to the table. Read moreI had ordered a Big Mac and Double Courter Pounder with 1 Lg fry and 2 Lg drinks, i has a coupon for buy one large burger get 1 free. I told them over the intercon and as i get to the window to pay my order is more then 14.00 and i said did the coupon work? I imagened me paying about 10 dollars or less. The guy at the wondow said your good, you you want your reciet as im going threw it they added another Big Mac so i get to the second window an tell the MANAGER(hispanic, 5"8 and huncky) and he said yeah thats right as im watching him threw the closed window he goes threw my bad and takes out 1 Big Mac and he is trying to hand me my food and i said no, im being charged me for an extra Big Mac i only ordered 1 and i point to his screen and say i can see 2 big macs on your screen he calls another MANAGER(hispanic as well, around same hight just skinny and a bald spot on top of his head) an i explained to him and he said ok he gona give me a refund they send me to the second pick up window and he hands me 4.64 which that is the Big Mac without taxes, its verry sad that both managers were gona keep my money just to get me out of the way they are the worst managers ever i recommend...
