"Mystery Box Express" should be their name for how often they get your orders wrong in drive through? Who knows what they put in the box as you drive away? They are more in a rush to get you out of drive through, collect your money as quick as possible and get rid of you as quick as possible? Pretty much, they intentionally scoop up whatever is already ready and quicker versus giving you the items you actually order in the drive through. Most people drive off without checking anyway as they hurry you along. Very inconsistent. Hold up the line and check your order in the drive through instead of letting them rush you out of the line. I understand speed in the drive through line hurts the bottom line but they forget that people pay for what they want and not just an opportunity for whatever they throw in the mystery box. Maybe the owners and managers like to rush you and get your orders wrong as the drive through line is more profitable the quicker they can get rid of you. Time in the drive through is money, "time is money" On average maybe its more profitable as most customers including me drive off and eat what ever menu item they put in the mystery box in disappointment . They stop serving Chicken Teriyaki at 6 PM sometimes, other times they stop serving Chicken Teriyaki at 8 PM or 9 PM. They stop selling other items early and at their convenience for speed and profit. Considering the grilled chicken teriyaki is my favorite item that is a big disappointment. They always make up arbitary rules why they stop selling chicken teriyaki. It's a different excuse every time. They may say it's an extra 10-15 minute wait for chicken teriyaki in drive-thru sometimes which is fine but usually they are too lazy or impatient to make the chicken teriyaki and just lie and tell you they don't have any chicken teriyaki. In the drive through they make up excuses about not being able to sell or serve chicken teriyaki but if you go inside, all of a sudden they are willing to serve chicken teriyaki as they are not in a rush to get you out of the drive through line. They lie in the drive through because it takes longer for chicken teriyaki if it is not already prepared or in the process of cooking. They also close early. Are the owners aware that their managers or crew leaders close early and stop serving items early? I'm more than willing to wait for chicken teriyaki, it's that good. I just wish employees appreciated putting effort into serving customers what they want with quality and patience. They never seem to run out of Honey walnut Shrimp which cost an extra $ 1.25 per entree which is my second favorite plate next to chicken teriyaki. Go with Vegetables or Chow Mein for sides. I'm always disappointed with their fried rice if it ever ends up in my "Mystery Box" I don't like any other entree items on the menu. This makes it disappointing as chances are I am going to get one of these other items express in the "Mystery Box". Point is they focus on the "Express" part of their business for profit and to satisfy customers that expect speed of service but defeat the purpose of why a customer would go there in the first place. A customer wants the good or service that they pay for, first and foremost. Speed or express of delivery comes a distant second. Otherwise, please let me sell you a cup of Ramon Noodles EXPRESS for ten dollars !! These Ramon Noodles are Express !! Give me 5 stars. They also get your order wrong if you use their PHONE APP or ONLINE. It's just confuses them more. Sometimes, it's as if you never ordered, luckily they can send you a confirmation receipt...
Read moreVerbal disrespect and aggression displayed toward us (parents and 6 year old child) employee, Adrianna, at location 5764 Airport Blvd Austin TX on or about 4:23pm CST. Ms. Rosario helped with our order, but Adriana was tasked with the cashier responsibility. It was readily noticeable that Adrianna was not in the mood to provide a positive customer service experience that she easily lost her cool when we brought to her attention that there was no Coke available at the fountain machine available to customers and asked if she could get us Coke from behind your counters. She then turned to Ms. Rosario accusing us of being disrespectful. We shared with Ms. Rosario that we did not at any point disrespect Adriana and reiterated our concern and request for a Coke drink. Adriana's aggression quickly escalated into shouting and using foul language "FY" repeatedly, "b**ch. As we repeatedly asked Adriana to stop disrespecting us with the use of her foul language, she then proceeded into a physical aggression and posed a threat to our health and safety as she removed her mask and continued shouting at us. Had it not been for Ms. Rosario and other employees that intervened and physically held Adriana back the consequences of such careless act of disrespect and violence could have ended in something worse. WORST...
Read moreWent there about three weeks ago and noticed that two items were missing from my meal. I wasn’t able to open the bag until a couple of hours after I picked it up. I took it back up there and showed them that they were missing my items. Initially, I was told that I can come back the next day for all of the items to be made. I declined and requested a refund. After the refund was requested, suddenly they could remake all of my food right then. Decided to give them another try a couple of days ago. I ordered online, and when I got there, was told that they had not received my order. I showed them my order in the phone and was told that they still could not make my order , because it hadn’t come through on their end. Again, again, I showed them the order, with hopes that they would make it because I had to get back to work. After waiting for 15 more minutes, I requested to see a manager. I was told that the manager left three hours ago and was not back yet. Another 15 minutes later, an employee who had just come in, asked what I was waiting for. I told her and let her know that the other employee refused to make my food. She went on ahead and made it for me . I will not be coming to this...
