Sure, here's a review for an axe-throwing experience at Axe Escape that reflects a good time overall but mentions the issue with the axes not being sharp: --- **Rating: 4/5 Stars** I recently visited Axe Escape for an axe-throwing session, and overall, it was a great experience! The venue had a welcoming and energetic atmosphere, which made the activity even more enjoyable. The staff were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They provided a thorough safety briefing and gave us some excellent tips to improve our throwing technique. The setup was well-organized, with plenty of lanes and targets to choose from. It was my first time trying axe throwing, and thanks to the supportive staff and the lively environment, I quickly got the hang of it and had a lot of fun. However, there was one small issue that I hope the management will address: the axes were not as sharp as they should be. This occasionally led to the axes bouncing off the targets instead of sticking to them, which could be a bit frustrating, especially when you felt like you had thrown it perfectly. I believe that having sharper axes would significantly improve the experience and make it even more satisfying. Despite this minor setback, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Axe Escape and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and fun activity. A bit of maintenance on the axes, and it would be a perfect 5-star experience! I'll certainly be back for another round soon.

What an incredible experience! Our company event at Axe Escape was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we started planning, owner Taylor Young was an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism and dedication to making our event a success made the entire process a breeze. Not to mention, his brother Garrett went above and beyond to ensure that every member of our team had an unforgettable time. His exceptional customer service and friendly demeanor truly made our visit memorable. The venue itself was fantastic, with a thrilling and unique atmosphere that set the stage for an evening of non-stop fun. The axe throwing was an absolute blast, and the entire team couldn't stop raving about how much fun they had. The facilities were top-notch, and the entire experience was well-organized and seamlessly executed. I cannot recommend Axe Escape highly enough. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind team-building activity or an exciting event venue, look no further. Taylor and Garrett truly know how to deliver an unforgettable experience. Thank you for an incredible time!

Updating my review after the manager reached out to me. It's a digital axe throwing place so you will never get bored. Just change the game to match your mood. We played tic tac toe to candy crush. It was fun! There is a small selection of drinks and a bigger selection of beer. Bathrooms are a bit filthy for only being open for 2 hours. It looks like they didn't clean them the night before. We tried the virtual game and it was definitely fun! Overall we had a great time 1 star- Very disappointed! Made an online reservation for my husband’s bday. Showed up on Monday at 1:45 and the place was locked and dark. Took my money and didn’t even render services.

The facility was great. The customer service was awful. There were a few teen working and by working I mean sitting at the front on their phones. We were originally given a lane that clearly needed the wood replaced but I asked to switch. That seemed like an inconvenience for them. I rarely give reviews but honestly if the owner wants to see this place achieve its potential they either need to retrain or hire new staff. Additionally you could really improve by teaching people how to throw the axe like they do at Urban Axes. That place has amazing customer service. Honestly I wish I didn’t tip here before we went because I wouldn’t have tipped anything if I knew what I...
