This company is absolutely the best! In a world where the customer is no longer king and integrity and pride in your hard work are rare, this company stands out because Rowland and his team stand by those values. Aside from beautiful work (and they are so respectful and careful not to cause any damage in your home, and assiduously clean up after their work), they are superlative in their professionalism and customer service. The guys drove back last week after I called, 25 minutes after they left, when I realized that a couple of blinds had not been installed. It was our fault because of a communications snafu and neither my husband nor I noticed it when we did the walk-through with the team. As I said, we were admiring the gorgeous new windows when we realized, oh right, the blinds are missing on the laundry and toilet room windows. Nevertheless, the guys drove back and, although we were mortified and embarrassed, they greeted us with smiles and reassured us it was ok that we were a couple of morons. Our blinds were quickly and skillfully re-installed, and we expressed our great appreciation to both Rowland and his team members. I’ve had a lot of work done on homes by a lot of different contractors over the years, but I’ve never had an experience like we had with Bello Remodeling. We had been approached by another window company (long story short they were like rabid timeshare sellers who quoted us 72k for our windows 😱). I was extremely frustrated by the lengthy selling pitch and really high price so I checked into Bello. I let him know of our prior experience and he assured us that his team would give us a totally different experience. Our house has 39 windows, most were original from 1983. Roland gave us an incredibly reasonable price. He never tried to sell us on his product and he didn’t have to - the product and his team spoke for themselves. Our windows are gorgeous. Roland communicated throughout the entire process. He and his team were always on time when they said they’d be here to work. The project was completed exactly when they said it would be. Abel was awesome, talented, hard working… the list goes on. I am so so happy we chose this company for our windows. The whole team was kind to my invasive toddlers too haha. Bello Remodeling did a great job for us. We’re preparing the house to sell, and needed to do those few not so fun things that would show up on an inspection. We had some missing and unsightly window trim and some separating siding joints that needed a little TLC. Plus, we had been stood up by a previous contractor, so was pleasantly surprised when Bello worked hard to get us on their schedule as quickly as possible.

Bello was highly communicative, answered questions in a timely manner, and offered a great value! The repair technician was punctual, friendly, and very thorough, finding and caulking siding issues I didn’t even know about. The tech left after doing beautiful and complete work, with exceptional attention to detail even though it was a hot 100 degree Texas day. He also gets bonus points for being super sweet to our dog!
