Rosie’s Wine Bar is a warm and welcoming spot in Austin, perfect for anyone looking to explore wines that are a little off the beaten path. The staff greets you with genuine hospitality, making the experience feel inviting from the start. Their wine selection is thoughtfully curated, featuring unique finds that surprise and delight.
The small bites menu has some true standouts—don’t miss the caviar toast, which is indulgent yet balanced, or the pear and cheese drizzled with honey, a perfect blend of sweet and savory. The spicy mushrooms are another must-try, packing a flavorful kick. Whether you’re dropping by for a casual glass or settling in for a longer evening, Rosie’s offers a relaxed yet refined atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Parking is terrible here so Uber or valet. Also, it gets very crowded so plan accordingly for less busy times like weeknights or...
Read moreThis place is embarrassing. The hostess was so rude. This type of establishment/ most MML group hospitality banks on an exclusionary environment to try and manufacture desire. Its is definitely so cute inside and well curated, but it comes across over priced over hyped and embarrassingly pretentious. I live nearby and was initially excited by the prospect of a wine bar and the semi attached Howard’s. But it represents everything overblown and bloated about the ego of new Austin. Go to both if your dying to be condescended to by waitstaff or bask in the presence of other tech bro douche bags. I never write reviews but i tried it too many times and had a bad experience 4 out of the 5 times I’ve been. Id rather hitchhike to a better bar with a thoughtful wine list than walk five blocks to this...

It was 11 pm so when we saw the bartender seemed annoyed that we walked in, we asked if they were about to close and if so we can leave. He responded that they were open till 1 am, so we stayed. He was just short, annoyed, and rude throughout the evening. I get it people have bad days and we're all human, but it just sucks when youre met with that energy sometimes. The wine was good, the place is cute, maybe we just went on...
