I just put in a mobile order, went to the store and noticed it was short-staffed. No problem, I didn’t hassle anyone about it. 30 minutes passed and still nothing, the store was pretty dead. I had to be back at home in time to meet a delivery man and quite literally couldn’t afford to stay any longer so I just asked to cancel my mobile, not in an ugly way, but solely because I didn’t have any more time to wait before I was going to be late. They said they could not cancel it, so I was stuck leaving the store, with no drinks, having paid $21 for drinks. It was just a huge inconvenience, I wish I had just gone through the drive thru because those were the only drunks being made. They didn’t even give me a credit so I’m just trying to make...
Read moreI brought in my service dog due to my deafness and the barista did nothing but to stare at me during my entire stay while I was minding my own business on my laptop and having my dog stay near me - not bothering anyone else. I don't mean to label anyone, but he was the only obvious-gay one there and he would just stare and stare, making himself too obvious to the point I couldn't feel that comfortable to even consider coming back to this location. You are supposed to appreciate your customers no matter what and allow them to feel comfortable by respecting their privacy while they spend time at your location. Read moreI ordered a hot latte at 10:44 am thru the mobile app and had my coworker pick up our orders before the restaurant we work at opens at 11:00am. She returned with the drinks at 11:53am bc this location is right down the street. The hot latte I ordered was ice cold. I called the store and they offered to remake it, but i explained that does me no good bc there needs to be 2 people on premise because we are open - the reason she went to get coffee before we opened… The barista said one moment, then came back and offered to remake it again. I once again explained that I couldn’t pick it up and wanted a refund. Even though I ordered through the app, apparently they can only refund in store? Just sharing because this situation...
