Starbucks — Restaurant in Austin

I was in this Starbucks recently when I saw another customer who had picked up her order and was waiting to ask the barista for a glass of water. The barista was busy helping other customers, and he told the woman to wait one moment while he was getting the other customer's order. When he came back to her, this incredibly rude, entitled woman demanded "Can I just get a f'ing glass of water?!" I couldn't believe it - some people think it's acceptable to curse at service workers in public. This woman then had the gall to complain to the manager!!

Through it all, the barista and the manager handled it so professionally, I was so impressed (I don't think I would have been able to respond to this woman so calmly!). Working in customer service can be really difficult, so just wanted to tell Starbucks how fortunate they are to have folks like these working for them. And no, I don't know these employees from Adam, just gets me so angry when I see other folks think they can treat service...

Very disappointed! I walked in and was not greeted. But as I was waiting, the customers that walked in after me were immediately greeted and asked if they had a mobile orders...still no greeting or questions on if I was waiting even after I stood there for about 3 minutes. I finally walked up to the counter (still of course practicing social distancing) and asked if there was an order for (gave my name). Well Emily proceeded to look for the drink which was half made and sitting off to the side unfinished. She then poured the last amount of sweet cream in the pitcher into the drink. After throwing the drink together she handed it to me with the sweet cream leaking out the side, without wiping it off or anything. Emily was very rude and unprofessional! But this seems to be the case every time I visit this location. I’ll just stick to the one on Barbara Jordan!! Their customer service is always very good!! Maybe Emily could take a lesson, or...

Yesterday I went in on my way to work, like normal. I ordered a Venti Vanilla Latte with a pump of caramel, like normal. When I got it, it was just a latte - no vanilla, no caramel. It was icky! I know, such I first world problem to have. rolls eyes... I didn't want to be "that guy", but I called the store this morning and asked for a manager, and got a wonderful person named Danny on the line. They listened to my complaint graciously, and they offered for me to come when I could and get it corrected. I went back this morning and got treated to my favorite drink, made perfectly this time. :) Thank you guys for your quick service. I do love going here. This wouldn't have stopped me from going back, I was just having a tough day yesterday and really do appreciate...
