Chipotle has really disappointed myself and husband over the years it was a time that when we will get a chicken bowl you would see chicken inside the bowl ....now we can literally count the pieces of chicken it maybe six or seven pieces and their small pieces chop very fine I'm really getting disappointed and I prefer to just go ahead and Grill my own chicken at home and and make my own virgin is really inconvenient when you are hungry for something for feeling healthy and fresh but then you visit your nearest Chipotle and you feel like you're being cheated and ripped off I've got revised the measurements on the chicken everyone can be heavy-handed or light-handed versus giving a fair share and amount of chicken in closing were not getting the what we paying for. I'm seen this shortage more in the State of Texas. They say everything is Big in Texas clearly the chicken...

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle on North Lamar. The manager, Yelitza, rushed through customers without acknowledgment, gave out tiny portions (barely a spoonful of rice and beans), and made the whole line feel like we were just numbers. Multiple people, including myself, had to ask for more just to get a normal serving.

When I sat down, the beans were undercooked and inedible. I returned my meal, but instead of an apology, the manager gave me a partial refund and didn’t even refund my drink. The lack of care and hospitality was shocking.

Afterward, I checked the reviews and realized this is a recurring problem at this location. Consistently poor service, small portions, and low-quality food — I cannot recommend...

HORRIBLE customer service. No one is wearing name tags but the lady at the beginning of these line starting orders on 2/23/25 around 4:37pm has a sour attitude. Walked out because I knew the food wasn't going to taste good after she couldn't even say hi or answer how her day was going... That is the basics of customer service and this location has not hit that at all. She rushed every single customer before me and everyone had to keep asking for more because the portions were sloppily thrown onto every meal. Literally walked out as I was beginning my order because of her poor attitude. Not to mention there was absolutely no one behind me. Sucks that this review has to fall on the whole team just because of her...
