When I first walked into the store. The young lady that was working in the morning on May 29th looked at me and said nothing. Not hello, welcome, no greeting or a smile of acknowledgment! There was a man standing there and she was fulfilling his order, I was next to him. Even when she handed his order, she said NOTHING to me! She began to work on another for two other people that was at a table. (I'm still waiting) Another lady walks in and she smiles at her and says Hi I'm sorry I will be with you in a minute! I was taken back and I said Wow! So you see her but not me? I've been standing here and you haven't said anything to me. She smiles and giggles, I'm sorry getting yours now. I was picking up an order. But if that wasnt enough! She kept tucking her hair behind her ears and handling food and dipping fingers into toppings without washing her hands or using gloves, even took an order on the POS. Just Gross! No apron over street clothes. All of that was enough to make me not EVER want to spend a dime there! I placed an order for three bowls, which I never received. The seller, Jessica, left the premises approximately 15 minutes after I placed the order, citing a personal emergency. She claimed to have understood and even thrown out the order – which simply doesn’t make sense given the extremely short time frame. If she truly understood my order, she could have easily prepared it and left it with the technician who was still there. I could have picked it up without any issue.
I believe I was not told the truth, and I feel completely disregarded.
I have sent multiple emails with no reply. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I have never encountered such poor and unprofessional service.
I am therefore demanding a full refund for the order I never received. If I do not receive a response or resolution promptly, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Read moreI am updating my review to simply say, Blenders and Bowls on Lamar is lackluster. The store is maintained mainly by a crew made up college students, almost if not all female. Their workspace is either cramped or sparse and the food suffers because of it. My online orders were consistently prepared incorrectly no matter how many times I order the same menu item. A request for "No honey please" equaled a "drizzle that honey nonstop on that fruit mountain top" outcome. I have an allergy to honey. Also no granola even after you pay for extra granola. A YES means NO and NO means YES employee policy to keep their customers so CONFUSED that they have to comeback to find answers for their previous visit. (The review prior to this one was long. I was wordy so I decided to say less and hope its enough to convey my experience). The manager did email after I posted my initial review but I am the type of customer that once a place mishandles my trust, I can never go back.
