Best wings I’ve ever had I’ve had A LOT of wings across this country. We came here months ago and ordered the regular buffalo wet wings and didn’t like them as much as Pluckers. The owner greeted us at our table and asked if we had ever tried a dry rub wing? We thought we didn’t like dry rub wings until we tried Pot Luck. Within minutes he came over with a free wing called the ā€œloose cannon.ā€ It was fantastic! We were regulars at Pluckers and haven’t been there since. The owner is really nice and always talks to his customers. These wings are bigger, have more meat, are crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. Now we go here every other week or so. We’ve taken family and friends here and they all like it as well. They play 90s R & B over the speakers and that’s another reason that sold us. 90’s R & B and wings. Some advice: The wings aren’t as good if you take them home. Order them in person and eat on-site at their tables while they are fresh!!! They can get soft or soggy if they are sitting in the to-go container for 15-20 minutes. My wife likes the ā€œHot-Girlā€ wings and I get the ā€œLoose Cannon.ā€ Their crinkle cut fries are good too. We get the ā€œcrack fries.ā€ If you ask them what the crack fries taste like, he will tell you, ā€œlike crackā€ haha. They are good!

You will go primal eating this food. This one is for the people who do a little happy dance when they eat something good. I could write a novel on the different phases of pure satisfaction I went through, but the high points were: - majority of these wings just friggin fall off the bone y’all. Juicy off the bone, but the flavor in the crunch is something seriously crafted. - we got Loose Cannon and Dynamite dry rubs, and then the wet were bbq and Asian chick named sue wang šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ All the wings were seasoned to absolute perfection. And trust me, the coated stuff on top of the dry rubs is not there by accident. So so good. You can taste whatever they bread their chicken with even underneath the wet rubs, it’s insane. - the. shrimp. etouffee. It’s like you have a ratatouille moment experiencing the different flavors. The roof of my mouth flared up, and frankly, my mom’s cooking is the only other level of spice and seasoning that has done that. And would you look at that, I still couldn’t resist writing a little novel after all. Hats off to Potluck. Seriously licked all my damn fingers.

The. Best. Chicken I've had in 31 years, 18 states and 28 cities. The crispiness of the outside of the chicken, The juiciness from the inside, In the incredible crack seasoning Skyrocket to this to the top of my list! Very unassuming and humble food truck ran by a woman who has a true love for food. She was absolutely kind, So helpful, and everything is cooked fresh to order. And you can taste it!! Why would you go anywhere else for chicken outside of a place like this? She also gave me a free banana pudding! And when I tell you, it was one of the best banana puddings I've ever had. I'm not kidding. Everything about this place has made me become a regular now. Highly highly recommend, as the chicken was better than you were gonna get in a five star restaurant. INCREDIBLE. get the crack chicken and fries! I will absolutely be back multiple times a month now!
