If I could give negative stars… believe that I would give negative 1000 stars.
I order from this tea house almost every day and normally they are good at following the order instructions however today they didn’t and when I called them they refused to come up with a solution to the problem.
I am lactose intolerant and put in my order notes “-no dairy- use oat milk please” and this normally works however today I order for myself and a co-worker. I went to their website as I normally do and ordered delivery. I understand they use door dash for delivery however i ordered from their website. The order comes in and the drink that was supposed to have add one and NO DAIRY had milk foam and Oreo topping on it and the other drink was made with oat milk.
If you order through their website KNOW that they will not care about your allergies and if you call I’m they will only tell you they cannot help. They will NOT offer to make it right. They will not service the customer. They will tell you that you can place ANOTHER ORDER and then they’ll redo it.
I work in customer service and am aware that there is ALWAYS a way to satisfy the customer. When I called their employees told me they could do nothing. I offered a solution and they told me they would acquiesce if I could take off of MY JOB to go them and pick it up.
Don’t you think you could just do it right the first time and avoid this problem all together because if I’m ordering the damn thig I want it and if I’m ordering it delivery it means I am NOT FREE to go get it myself. And you’d think a business would consider that about their customers.
I used to order from here because they had dairy free options and would always make it right and after this experience where there was no effort made at customer satisfaction after they made the order wrong - they were at fault and didn’t take responsibility - I will be spreading the word about their lack of business ethics and their lack of consideration and customer care.
They don’t care about your allergies JUST YOUR MONEY. Don’t give them that satisfaction.
The other boba tea places are...
Read moreThis place is franchised, and I used to visit their locations frequently in the Boston area. I have pretty good memories and enjoyed the flavors there, so I was glad to find a location in Texas.
I ordered the same drink I used to get in Boston, but it tasted completely different. The milk foam, which should be on top, was all mixed in, and the texture, which is supposed to be like a smoothie, was thin like juice. The ice was also not properly ground, and I could literally chew the ice particles.
Additionally, the service was terrible. The server didn’t greet us and mumbled while taking our order.
I visited on a Saturday night, and the place was empty. The restrooms were really dirty and lacked toilet paper. I don’t understand what the staff was doing, he was just sitting there, not cleaning the floor or taking out the trash.
The store was really dirty. It was a totally bad experience, and I would never go back...
Read moreNothing exceptional but if you want a solid simple drink, this is a good spot. King of Oolong milk tea is good here! The staff are friendly and seem to try their best. The atmosphere is nice, the wifi is fast, and the shop is spacious. Great place to vibe and work!
If you’ve been to other tsaocaa locations, this one isn’t the same as the others. Personally, feel like this locations drinks aren’t as good as others. I’ve come a few times and they often seem to run out of toppings. The drinks aren’t made with the same level of polish as the other locations. For example, the mashed taro drink isn’t fully mashed and sits at the bottom of the drink. At other locations, the taro is fully smashed and smooth and spread along the edges so you get even amounts of taro as you drink.
Overall, an alright boba shop to work at. I wouldn’t come here for the boba but maybe a nice...
