I’ve been meaning to try this new place and finally got the opportunity to. I asked for a recommendation and ordered the buta don (pork shoulder donburi) because the chef recommended it. I honestly don’t have high expectations for food at food courts like this but… OH MY… the flavors of the pork were divine!! Perfect combination of sweet and savory with the thinly sliced meat being just fatty enough… The poached egg was also perfectly cooked so that you can crack the yolk to mix with the meat. The bowl was too much food that I had to eat it as lunch the next day. Overall, the bowl was full of flavors and very filling, not to mention affordable. I can’t wait to try their other...

We ordered the Tori no Karate don (crispy chicken thigh with tonkatsu mayo) and the Poke don (tuna, salmon, cabbage, lettuce, avocado, mango). The chicken thigh was so crunchy and juicy and delicious and holy crap I almost passed out. It's also probably because we don't normally eat chicken, so this was a special treat. Anyway, the chicken was incredible. Each dish came with a miso soup which was also very tasty.

Decided to try this place out due to a large number of recommendations from my friends and I am so glad I did! The food is so flavorful and so well prepared. I got my self a karragedon and my girlfriend got a poke bowl. Usually it’s a hard pass for me on any raw fish but I went out of my comfort zone and tried the poke bowl and it was delicious. Apart from the food the chef is so nice and so attentive when taking our order. 100 out of 100...
