Some serious retraining is needed at this location. My order was requested as such: no onion on the burger, no salt on the fries, and vanilla for the Frosty. When my order was at the window when I pulled up (I was the only one in line at the drive-through at the time), I knew something couldn't be right. I asked about the fries to be sure they weren't salted. The girl there - who is the one who took my order - looked confused. I repeated that the fries should not have salt. She walked away for a moment, then returned with the same bag. I figured she just needed to confirm the no-salt request.
As we headed for home, I noticed the Frosty was chocolate. I should have gone back. Too much trouble. I'd just not share the Frosty. We got home and emptied the bag to discover the burger had onions, and the fries were provided with extra salt. The burger, in addition to the onion issue, had obviously been sitting for some time.
Zero stars is not an option here, so one it is. The manager at this location needs to retrain people how to properly take orders, and to identify products. Onions are the white things that grow in layers. Salt is a seasoning, not a breading. Vanilla is the creamy white-coloured one, while the chocolate one is brown. If colour blindness is an issue, the Frosty machine should be properly labeled. If an item has been working on its tan under the heat lamp too long, it gets dry. Also, sweet and sour dipping sauce is not the same as honey mustard. Honey mustard is the yellow stuff.
Is it too bloody much to ask for an order to be properly filled? I know we're not talking about Burger King here, but customers really do deserve to have...
Read moreApparently when you order a "Number 5, large, with unsweet iced tea" are you referring to a combo. It now means, just the wrap and a large unsweet iced tea.
After coming back around to the drive-thru and blatantly asking "where's my large fries and my straw?" The straw i never received regardless, making the consumption of my drink rather difficult while driving.
The response I was given was simple, "You didn't order a meal, I asked you if you wanted just the wrap." which I responded to simply, "I ordered a number 5, large, with unsweet tea, last time I checked that's how you order the meal. I did ask for it spicy if possible."
After about 30s of blank staring from the girl at the window I had to ask, "so are you going to do anything about this?" which I received a quick "no." So I asked to talk to a manager, who immediately shoved the receipt in my face and told me "You received what you paid for." and my reply was once again "That's not what I ordered, I'm asking to fix this, I'll pay the difference I don't care." Then I was asked to pay an additional $4.xx for the large fry, which is not the difference between a large drink and a wrap vs the meal. I finally just paid the medium fry cost because the whole situation was ridiculous, and some random kid popped up and just gave me a small fry trying to do the right thing.
The simple solution to this whole thing would have been to ring it up correctly, explain to me the price difference with receipts and everyone go on their way. instead your staff was hostile and inept and your management was rude, inconsiderate and dismissive of the...
Read moreMy order has been greatly messed up twice in the last 3 weeks! The first time we ordered through the drive thru, was instructed to pull up front and wait..... And sat for 20 minutes waiting for 2 combos. After going back inside we were offered a refund instead. So we let them hear our thoughts, got our refund and left. Then today, we ordered two number 13s. Only to find guacamole on our sandwiches 😝 So when we call back the manager gives the excuse that our food was messed up because he wasn't watching the new girl he was training. He offers to remake our food if we go up there. We drive back to the store only to find out the haven't even made our sandwiches yet! 😠😡😠😡 Once again, instead of even fixing it they offered a refund. This is poor quality service under this one manager who's name I forgot. After working on my feet for 8 hours, I expect the food I get from any drive thru to be quality, especially a restaurant like Wendy's. This location is super inconsistent with the customer satisfaction, quality checks on food being pushed from the kitchen and the cook times for the food. If I'm the only car in the drive thru, how do you keep messing up my order? Must be a reason the traffic is always low at...
