NEVER AGAIN! I didn't have time to go in and eat so I went thru the drive thru. I ordered baconator fries. I got queso fries with no bacon. I ordered Coke. I got diet Coke. The only thing I was able to get corrected at the window was when I was handed a small drink when I had ordered medium size. After I arrived at my destination with just enough time to eat I discovered the wrong fries and Diet Coke. No time to go back and correct it. Seriously, save yourself the time and headache by taking $10 out of your wallet and throwing it in the trash. You'll get the same affect without the frustration. That was my only chance to eat something for the next 16 hours and it's lost. The scary part was this was a manager who handled my order. When she handed me a small drink and I pointed out to her I ordered a large drink she got an attitude. When a manager screws up your order and gets an attitude over it you KNOW not to go back to try to get it corrected. Needless to say, I can never go back to this place. Save yourself some time. Go 20 miles up the road to Louis Henna Blvd. That location was always a good experience....

They messed up his order. 5 minutes later they served the family that arrived before us. They goofed up the drive thru customer's order a 2nd time. They started filling our order. I watched them put food on the tray, then remove 1/2 the order and call the customers after us. They were seated next to us. I heard the woman complain to her husband that they gave her fish (my order) instead of chicken. Our order had fallen off the board to be filled. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. Read moreTerrible experience here. Ordered off their website for delivery, which carried out through to doordash. Driver never delivered my food but said he had. When I contacted doordash they were unable to help because the order was placed under wendys account and not my own, and said I would have to have the wendys contact them to get my money back. Went the next morning to talk with the manager and she was completely rude. Refused to give me a refund and just kept saying, you have to talk to my main boss, and making flimsy excuses to why she couldn't figure out who had worked the night before. Ended up having to wait on hold with corporate for damn near an hour to talk to a representative, who said I'll get the refund in the next 30-35 business days. 😒 completely unprofessional, will most likely never dine...
