I DO NOT recommend this place at all. A few Co workers and I went to this place during our lunch break and the minute we walked in and the service i received i felt as if we were being punk'd or on a show of the "what would you do". Other people in the place felt the same way. We had hair in our fries then the manager who had NO HAIRNET comes and said she is NOT SURE how hair got in there. Then it was COLD outside and they asked us if we were cold we all said yes and they open the door as if we didn't just say we were cold. About 15 mins. later we get told they need for us to evacuate the building because they feel they had a GAS LEAK, at the time of telling us this the Firetrucks had already arrived. Which means they felt there was a gas leak prior to telling us but never bothered to tell us. We asked for To go boxes for our food and they advised us they would credit us our money back to everyone in the place and to just leave the food there. Since we were on a lunch break we left. I called the next day to assure we would get our money Credited back and still nothing. I kept calling to only be told that the manager was never there each time i called and she was the only one who could credit my account. I emailed and wrote the corporate office the day of this incident and still to this day never got a response or my money refunded back to me. This is what i call BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again will this Wing Stop get my business. I would give 0 stars but since i have to give one to post i will give it a one...
Read moreCustomer service leaves a lot to be desired, on the phone and in person! It appears staff is on the ball only if Mgr is ON duty! Mere observation on a previous visit. I was quoted 23mins for an order of 40pc wings & 2 order of fries. I also live on Anderson Mill Rd... I leave 30 mins later to go pick up my order... girl at the front is on the phone (ok, she’s pr’bly taking orders),no eye contact, no signal, no acknowledgment whatsoever!!! Two guys walk in...magically she’s done taking orders and is happy to assist them! Ok, whatever... in the meantime I’m still waiting on my order. When she’s done w/them I step up and ask about my order, w/NO sense of urgency whatsoever goes to ck, comes back... “Oh, it’s not ready” (no apology, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!) im not expecting anything free... I just wna see that u care about ur customers!!! By this time I’ve waited a good 15mins + 30 I waited at home giving them ample time to complete the order and this employee is clearly annoyed that I’m asking about my order. Finally my order is up! I take it home no questions asked(I just wanted to take it home to feed the family). Sure enough!!! Missing my dinner rolls, wings were not extra wet as ordered and there was just “3” carrot sticks to my order of mixed celery & carrots. Now someone dare tell me that WAS NOT intentional!!!!! Read moreThe manager tonight was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. My husband stood next to where the pick up orders are placed, and the manager stomped over to him and told him to "get off my line" and to "stand away from the kitchen". My husband told him he thought he saw his name on a bag and was just looking. The manager said "I don't care, stand back." So he did. My husband ordered a couple rolls while we were waiting, and as he was talking to the cashier, the manager stormed back over to where they were standing and asked my husband what he was saying, and told him he wanted to make sure he wasn't bothering the cashier. My husband explained he was complimenting the cashier on past experiences, and nothing bad was said. My husband said, "The only person being rude here is you", to which the manager rolled his eyes and walked off. We tried to get his name, bit we were told it was against company policy to gibe out first names, but the cashier's name is on our receipt. It doesn't make sense.
The manager said he was from a different store, and he also said that he has called the police on people for standing on the line. Which is a little extreme.
