This is sad for me to do....
So I order delivery through the windstop app, and delivery is done by third party(doordash).
Wingstop called, and explained that the doordasher left part of my order(they were asking if I could reach out to the dasher to have them comeback); which is a little weird. So I called the doordasher and the person explained she was given that order that way, and tried to ask if there was more(because the dasher noticed it was a large order), but the people at wingstop claimed that was it.
the dasher said she we would go back and pick up the food, so I decided to call wingstop and explained that this is not okay that they blame the dasher. I explained to them I am aware that, non employees (especially third party delivery people) are not allowed to go behind the counter to go grab food they are delivering, that employees are the ones who hand the food over to the delivery drivers; they kept saying it was the dasher fault. Eventually they explained they would just remake my order. I originally ask them for a refund, but agreed to only remaking my order for the time being. I mentioned to them I would be speaking with their managed because it was not okay to put blame on the dasher when it wasn't there fault.
time passes by, and I get messages from the dasher that they now are no longer willing to re-make my food and through it away. I had to call DoorDash again to make a formal complaint because they just broke the law by not providing the exchange of goods and services that I paid for. Doordash then had to connect me to their wingstop corporate office so then I can get my money back.
I love wingstop, and I am a regular user of their app, but I have never experience this type of blatant disrespect. I will NEVER order from this specific store again.
Note: there is a reason why this store has less than 3 starts when I did this review..... which is why I will no longer...

I recommend this as a good and FAST wingstop location :) Mango Habanero is amazing btw. update Employee turnover is insane, these new people suck now. Then I had thought I paid online and I guess I didn't so the employee bagging orders goes up to a man at the register (after I had already paid and was still waiting) and tells the man that I barely paid and the guy started shaking his head?? WHAT? Incredibly rude. People like that don't need to be in food, keep them in the back to make food if you can't socialize and create good experiences for your customers. Then they ran out of straws and I had to ask for more, the guy told me to hold on. He walks away and comes back after a couple minutes just to tell me "they're gonna restock them right now." Read moreIt is quite frustrating to see employees frequently stop their task in order to finish a side conversation or do a dance with a coworker. The level of service we experienced at this Wingstop location was quite disappointing. We placed an order online and made the staff aware of our name. We noticed bags being placed on the to-go shelves and asked twice if our order was ready, we were told no. At least fifteen minutes passed and we decided to check for ourselves, and our bag had been sitting up there the entire time, including the first time we asked if our order was ready. Half the staff in the kitchen was laughing, gossiping, and dancing while our order was sitting getting cold. I would recommend going to the location on William Cannon for better...
