Additional 2 years later: Absolutely nothing has changed. I have since gone back multiple times and this place is just the utmost disappointment to the chipotle name. When they run out of something they just decided to not make anymore and say they’re out. It’s sloppy and disgusting, very rarely does it look clean, and you see people just standing around by the grill instead of working while the drink station is nasty, tables haven’t been cleaned so you can’t sit to eat. Today was the final straw wanting a salad and them saying we’re out of dressing…. This is also the 4 time out of the last 5 times I’ve gone. So I drive there they say it’s out instead of hey we’ll make some and I leave there with no food and they have one less customer. Bad business acumen, horrible in fact. We’ll make more there’s going to be more people that come in wanting that today it’s 3pm and you’re open till 10!
My recommendation go to Cabo Bobs, or maybe try another chipotle location if there’s another close but not this one. Also I have had zero reach out from the owner or corporate over my experiences here so all this falls on deaf ears. Your best bet Cabo bobs and if it’s Sunday and their closed a gas station burrito would be a better option.

I wish Covid was to blame but I have been going to this chipotle for 3 years now. It has consistently gotten worse. The staff is rude, the order is always wrong and when you order for pick up it's never ready and you're waiting 10 minutes everytime. It defeats the entire purpose of ordering on the app. The most frustrating part is while you wait, instead of an employee asking which order is yours so they can get it out since your already there waiting, they ignore you! I have spoken to 3 managers there now, all claim to have just gotten there and they are working but it's the same song and dance excuse each time. I wish another would open close to me, very disappointing and sad excuse for a chipotle. Better off driving to Cabo bobs. Better service
Updated: after getting home to eat. The food was flat out disgusting. Bowl had water in it and Rice was soggy like it’s been wasn’t drained. The food just tasted nasty, and inedible. Got through half the burrito before I tossed and called it a loss....
Read more**update….within a few minutes of placing this public review I get a response from Chipotle to contact them where I have already tried contacting them prior to my writing this negative review. If they’re able to respond to negative public reviews so quickly then they should be able to respond when patrons try to contact them privately. Bad business!!!
Placed online order for two bowls plus an order of chips and queso. One bowl is half full with less than a spoonful of meat and the second bowl is about 3/4 full with roughly the same amount of meat. I have heard horror stories about Chipotle but had not personally experienced this until this carry-out order. Very smart how they seal the bag so you can’t easily check your order. Next time I will be sure and rip it all out no matter how many people are waiting behind me and demand full bowls. If you want to provide smaller portions then provide lower prices or clearly advertise the changes.
Secondly, I tried to use their app to make a complaint as to avoid calling the store however within the app they only take your information and apologize with no way to make it right. So I think tried their messaging app which did the same and finally tried calling the store which again, fully automated and only apologize for the quality. So not only disappointing food but disappointing service. I will be reporting this location to the BBB as it appears they’re well aware of the scam they’re running with buyer’s inability to reach anyone about issues. Been going to chipotle at a variety of locations for years including different states.. this is the only Chipotle that charges me full price for a 3 point burrito when my only ingredients were HALF chicken HALF barbacoa and white rice. THATS IT. I asked at the counter i said wait you charged for a 3 point burrito right? Because i get the same thing every time at a ton of different locations and its always the same price this time it was more. And the guy who wrapped my burrito was arguing that no because u got chicken, barbacoa, rice and we count the tortilla as well. I said i’ve come here many times and gotten the same thing as a 3 point burrito he says nah man it’s not a 3 point. So they charged me full price. I’m not going to make a a big deal at the counter over 2 or 3 bucks but man if i told you ive always been charged as a 3 point and your disagreeing with your customer get a manager or something to confirm. I’m certain this guy did not know what he was talking about or this location is just petty like that. Unreal man. If that was me as the employee and i truly believed it wasn’t a 3 point id say look man we’ll give it to you as a 3 point burrito today but next time just come expecting that you will be charged full price. Do better that is TERRIBLE customer service. I mean the amount of 1 star reviews on this location speaks for itself.
