One of the best late night choices for food I’ve ever made. They are based out of a food truck but produce restaurant quality food with a friendly family oriented vibe. I ordered the shrimp noodles, which hands down, a solid choice. A little spicy and a great flavor, definitely will order again. The young lady also told me about the chicken chili momos(dumplings) and I loved them! Steamed dumplings in a tomatoes based sauce with hearty vegetables sautéed into it, beautiful and filling!
