I have never written a negative review before, but after tonight I feel compelled to do so. My girlfriend and I placed an order through DoorDash for our Burger King order (since Burger King is partnered with DD, I'll assume the restaurant received the order directly): A large Double Whopper meal with cheese, no pickles and Dr.Pepper; a Double cheeseburger; a Strawberry milkshake; a Chocolate milkshake; and finally a large Diet Coke. The Double cheeseburger and Diet Coke were completely missing; the Chocolate shake was vanilla; The Double Whopper meal was a single Whopper without cheese and LOADED with pickles (I guess the cook was upset with the last minute order and decided to load my burger with as many pickles as possible, thus giving me reason to believe that the order was received by BK directly), and my fries were bone cold. The order was nicely taped up with a BK sticker so the driver couldn't even check the order. This was the worst order I have ever had the misfortune of receiving. I know the corporate wigs at Burger King definitely won't read this and the franchisees who own said Burger King was likely won't either, but I think that if this is the way you are going to run a restaurant, you should probably rethink your careers. To that employee who "prepared" said order: I sincerely hope that hourly wage of $9.00 was worth it because that'll probably be what you'll make for the rest...
Read moreSaw some recent reviews granting excuses to this location, stating basically "it's hard to get good help these days." Well I gave their drive thru a chance tonight at exactly 8:30pm. There were only 2 cars behind me in line. The woman on the mic already sounded like she would rather be water boarded than help me. That's the feeling I got from her greeting alone. I started to give her my order, and she asked me a question about which version of a meal I wanted. Now remember, she's the expert on the menu in this conversation. Due to my lack of understanding, I gave her an answer that didn't help her. Did she say, "I'm sorry sir, I'm not making myself clear" and then ask the question in a more articulate way? No. She screamed at me like a child the same question at half speed, to let me know she thought I was stupid. Remember, she's the one that's being paid to be engaged in this conversation. I don't know why I didn't just drive away, (it's that wonderful chicken sandwich), but I helped her help me get through it to the end. Not without more horrible attitude from her.
Maybe I was wrong earlier. Maybe the fact they let her work there is evidence that they truly can't hire...

All he Mark could say in front of the rest of the staff that people make mistakes. And he was dealing with people's complaints all morning. Well duh Mr Manager Mark?
