Manager called me a liar in front of my friends family and the whole store.
Terrible experience. I had made an order and stuff was missing so I went to pick it up. Over the phone a lady told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I came to pick up my order it was not ready I waited for about 20 minutes and I was front of the line but the staff kept stopping to help other people. Eventually I cut the guy off and said if you donāt mind helping me. Iāve been here for over an hour.
He said āthere is no reason to lie, it hasnāt been an hourā
I told him he doesnāt have the full picture. And he told me the system shows everything. I explained to him that Iām not blaming him. Iām just letting him know that Iāve been waiting over an hour. And that I would really appreciate if he apologized. He said heās not going to apologize.
Anyways on my drive back I called and asked to speak to a manager. Turns out the person who called me a liar is the manager. I told him I donāt want to leave a review. And Iād really appreciate if he apologized to me. He said āIām not going to apologize and if you make a review. Iāll just make one right underā

Response to Owner: I guess you missed the entire point of the review and your response just proves what I, and others here, are saying; your customer service needs improvement. Take this as constructive and fix it instead of looking for excuses.
Since it seems the obvious needs clarification: you TOOK the uber order means you accepted it once it was provided to you by the uber platform; not that you entered the order into uber for us (that is pretty a pretty ridiculous leap). So yes, you TOOK the order from the platform and, per Uber, DID NOT PREPARE THE ORDER. You, instead, cancelled it after two hours without warning. If no one came to pick it up, the application gives you a method to communicate with your customer, which you failed to do; instead, you left a customer waiting two hours for their order and closed up shop. When we called to figure out why it was cancelled, no one responded. We could have just picked it up had we known of the issue.
