I'm only writing this because Google keeps sending me push notifications to leave a review every time I so much as tap the breaks in front of a large corporate franchise like McDonalds. Here is my experience at this McDonalds, because Google insisted I share the story.
I have IBS, and trusted the wrong fart on my way home from my girlfriend's. I stopped at McDonald's to clean myself up, but could barely get through the tiny parking lot because the line was literally wrapped around the building. I finally managed to park my car, and waddled inside.
Despite the massive line, there were two workers mopping the akready-clean dining room floor. One of them was between the front door and the bathroom, so I tip-toed past her and made my way to the toilets. There was ONE stall, and it was very much occupied. I briefly considered just blocking the front door and shoving paper towels down the back of my pants so I don't stain my car seat, but there were no paper towels in the restroom.
I waddled back to my car and started to back out, but forgot this parking lot was a one-way loop and turned the wrong way. I realized my mistake once I'd backed out, and shifted my car out of reverse - At this time, a man in a pickup truck whipped around the building at ~25mph. I still had my foot on the break when he swerved to weave himself between me and the parked car in front of me - it's honestly a miracle that he didn't hit either of us. Dude didn't even touch the break, I think he actually sped up to try and get around me.
I left the parking lot 5 minutes after I'd entered it, and the line had only gotten longer. I did not buy anything, as I was not physically present long enough to make a purchase. Google keeps insisting that I write reviews for every business I so much as glance at, so I'm writing my experience with this one. I hope...
Read moreI placed an order for a cheeseburger and a number 5 which is the 10 pc chicken nugget meal with a coke and hot mustard for the sauce. I paid for the order which was 9.55 at the first window and picked up the order at the second window. When I started to pull out of the parking lot my daughter but into her cheeseburger and a bunch of hair was in her burger. Keep in mind that we are in the middle of the COVID pandemic how absolutely disgusting this is. I turned around and pulled right back into the McDonalds drive thru when the employee did not greet me with a how can I help but rather with What was wrong with your order? Then after explaining to her what occurred and stating I did not want any of the food she refused to take the bag instead only took the cheeseburger, walked away to the back came passed the window laughing with her management also laughing!! Then she threw out the cheeseburger came back to the window and asked for the receipt and if it was paid with cash or card. She had two other employees at the register helping her I can only assume because all 3 were laughing- I fail to see how this is even remotely humorous! Then she asked for my card and closed the window. When they were done doing what they were doing she opened the window handed me my card, the original receipt, and refund receipt with no apology of any kind nothing. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES OR MANAGEMENT HAD ON HAIR NETS AND ALL HAD HAIR! I will not ever dine here nor will my family. The absolute worst not only service but common courtesy, unprofessional, dirty place I have ever experienced. My daughter had someone elses nasty hair in her mouth at a time when WE are all supposed to be EXTRA EXTREMELY CLEAN and disinfecting EVERYTHING- Absolutely...
