Crumbl — Restaurant in Avon

I ordered on line from Avon Crumbl Cookie. I (my fault) ordered for wrong pick up time. I didn't realize there was a time set. I was parked in the lot ordered and went inside and my name wasn't on the board. I looked back on my app and realized what had happened. They were busy. I stopped the guy that was working the front counter to let him know what I'd done. He acted bothered and said well I'll have to look for it with a attitude. I stepped aside and waited and waited. A lady got her order and he gave her a spoon with the cup of cake. She said nicely I don't need the spoon. He grabbed and threw it back under the counter. Again acted bothered. He wasn't friendly to the females at all. He was putting the boxed up on the counter leaving he lids up. I know you show the cookies but usually you shut the lid. I know long winded. This is what I was watching while I was waiting. Well eventually all the people that was there before me and the ones that kept waling in ordering was helped. I went back to my app and cancelled. I drove to this location from Speedway. I walked out of the Avon location very very upset...

went to order and the cookie i have been trying to get all week was sold out the two times i went: monday and saturday. How are you sold out of a cookie on monday? Anyway I ordered the raspberry butter cake cookie which included buttercream topping. I went around 10pm, got home and checked the cookie, only to find out whip cream had been put instead. This ruined the cookie because 1) i expected buttercream 2) whip cream doesn’t taste good on a butter cake cookie. The audacity to put whip cream and pass off as buttercream is crazy. When i called to inform them; the women who answered the phone, Mackenzie never apologized and sounded annoyed. Terrible service. What if someone was allergic to whip cream? Crumble created the cookie with buttercream for a reason. Made my experience bad, especially when the cookie is $5 already. She could’ve said they were out of buttercream for the night but instead choose to mistreat my order and a customer. Shame on her. Picture below displays...

Gave me and my kids undercook cookies. I called and they said they would remake mind you I live all the way in fort Wayne and they was only giving me until the end of the week to get the remake. I came back the next day for them to tell me someone else took my remade order. The manager still agreed to remake after I showed her I wasn’t even in town. Which I just asked for a refund the manager said no she can do a remake. Then they called the owner and they pretty much just tried to give me free cookies. The outcome of this experience was just poor customer service in my opinion. But thanks to the other lady that made it right, I still wouldn’t return back. I will Go the extra miles and still with greenwood location. Also think they should try another way to verify a person is who they are when they give them a remake order maybe like a code or something so something like this wouldn’t...
