Stopped by here on opening night, and they were busy as expected. The restaurant was very nicely decorated and we felt very welcome. We had never tried Piada before, so the menu did seem a little overwhelming, but they were happy to help and answer questions. We finally decided on a build your own Piada for myself. I got it with the hot fried chicken, and it did have a nice kick to it and was delicious. My wife opted for a build your own salad with grilled chicken. She was very pleased with hers as well. I also gonna side of fried calamari and hot peppers. Not only were they amazing, but they were also a big order for the price. We will definitely be back to try it many more times in the future.

Tried this spot out because it was new. I wasn't impressed with the food. I don't like how nothing comes with protein, and it's an up charge to add it. It's not a cheap upcharge either. I tried the BLT wrap added Crispy Chicken, and it was okay, just another wrap, I could have made this at home for much cheaper. The calamari was good. The staff wasn't helpful and rushed me through the line, so I wasn't sure if I was getting what I really wanted. I would have ordered more to try, but I was rushed. Needless to say, I won't be back!

The staff seemed a little irritated with customers. We got the spaghetti with marinara and the meatball which they told us was really big and I asked the cashier if they put the meatball in it she said yes it’s in there. We get home open it up. There is no meatball but the food was excellent. One employee was very rude.

I frequent piada a lot, this location and the one in Carmel and Keystone as well, since I do some work up there and I can honestly say this is the only location I seem to have issues with. I will add this is the first time I’ve complained about my issue. I ordered myself and my daughter a bowl, me a regular and her a kids.. first there was no protein added in her bowl so no steak and the pancetta was burnt on both bowls giving it a very weird taste, I also did request the bowls to be tossed, as I do at other locations and it was not the spinach was just laid on top raw so I can tell it was not and the sauce was not mixed it, it was at the very bottom. I understand things happen so I called and this is where my real issue is..I called and they asked if I wanted to come back to get the side of steak (in Avon traffic, no thank you) so they offered a refund, I said that is fine.. turns out I called the next day(today) and no refund was issued which I had a feeling about and I was trying to tell the man on the phone about the experience and he just wanted to rush me off and said I’ll give you a full refund for the whole meal and did not let me finish and then funny enough I get an email for the refund for just the kids meal.. I was not expecting a full refund so why offer if not going to actually give, and why not let your customer explain their experience instead of try to rush them off the phone with a false promise.. and clearly since I just got the email with the refund a few moments after getting off the phone it was not processed last night and would not have been if I did not call today.. very disappointed in this location and unsure if I will be returning as this is not the first time I have been disappointed but is the first time I have complained and received less than...

Maybe it's because they're new, but it seemed very disorganized. They accept Uber Eats orders. There was a line of drivers and others waiting on to go orders who were being told 20 minutes MORE. The line moved slowly. Someone asked who I guess was the manager for a rag to wipe down the table (there were in fact Zero clean tables) and instead of going to wash it himself, the manager handed a wet rag to an elderly patron!! Okay, food. I ordered the BLT. it's a wrap with very, very little overcooked pancetta, romaine, diced tomatoes, and a lot of lemon aoli. While not bad, there was about 3 times the amount of wrap than filling abs the sauce overwhelmed any other taste. Husband got the carbonara made with penne, small bowl. He added meat balls. He said not bad, but it was not carbonara. 2 small drinks and we paid $35. We ate at a dirty table. The napkin dispenser on the drinks area was empty. There was a lot wrong. Food's not bad, just not as good a expected after the rave reviews we read. For reference: this is no where near "Italian...

Every time I do an online order it takes forever. Always well past the estimated time. What’s the the point of having a pick up shelf if you’re going to have all of the orders behind the counter and then wait on people to say something. This was the last time I do an online order. I went in at the pick up time which was 23 min after ordering and 2 other people came in after me for pick ups. A worker asked for the names and we all said the names and she hands the other 2 guys their orders. I’m sitting there for another 8 minutes and I finally ask another worker if there’s an order for me since the dine-in line was now empty and she hands it to me. I told her I told the person behind her my name 10 minutes ago and she didn’t give me my order and they offered a free drink. They offer something for the...
