MilkShake Factory Avon — Restaurant in Avon

I, first visited Milkshake Factory in Avon on September 25th with my sister. I had The Cookie Jar milkshake and she had the Caramel Toffee Cappuccino milkshake. They were delicious. The staff was friendly and the ambience of the place was on point. Due to the milkshakes tasting so good, I went back on September 27 bringing along another one of my sisters because I wanted her to experience the deliciousness of the milkshakes. This time, I had the Mint Cookies&Cream and it didn't disappoint. My sister tried the Caramel Toffee Cappuccino and like my first sister, she loved her milkshake. Cashier was very friendly. They had at last 4 workers working the front at all times but still couldn’t keep up with the demand.

Extremely busy waited almost 45 minutes for 1 shake and 1 hot fudge sundae. Everyone in the restaurant was waiting for their order even all the people seated. If I had known that the wait was that long, I wouldn’t purchased my items.

My hot fudge sundae hardly had any brownie. The ice cream was soft serve and honestly DQ has better sundaes that doesn’t cost $10. The soft serve vanilla tasted like DQ.

We also got 1 piece of chocolate that was already ready and it was over $26.

The milkshakes were good but the customer service was horrible. There was about 12 workers in their own world. 4 people around the cash register talking about someone who had been gone on break for over an hour, my cash register was distracted into that conversation. Orders were all random, had part of my order ready, and then staff took forever for the last one. Since they kept messing up, they had to remake orders. Other staff was dancing while people waited to be helped or for their orders. There was only about 2 people actually doing their job. There wasn't a line nor was...
