WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I would rate this location ZERO stars if i could..i will give them credit for being open. Was 1.5 hours after my order was placed..did not think too much of it as i was busy and folks are short handed but i knew they were closing soon at this point.. Look outside to find my food on the front porch..no warning no notice no knock no nothing...i have a german shepherd husky mix..trust me a knock was NOT going unannounced and they left the straw and no drink. Ok...so far not a huge deal..things happen. Called the store to make it right..even said did not expect someone to bring it back tonight etc..they also closed an hour early..anyway..lady gives phone to a very rude kid who smarts off REPEATEDLY.. Well... That didn't go over well..i told him i wanted the manager...he states it was the lady who gave him the phone..WTH?? I asked for number to corporate..not able to give that info..well it's online so ✔ asked his and her name ..not allowed to give that..ok..well names are all over the receipts so sounds like they are all good with passing the buck..cool. Food was not that great...order was not even taken and made correctly..delivered partially with no notice AND the worst customer service...sad thing is i accidentally ordered from a store i don't normally use but thought why no.. Read moreNormally the service is very good, but today was exceptionally terrible. My coworkers and I ordered a scheduled delivery for later in the day. Since we’ve had problems in the past We than called and confirmed that they got our order and they could bring them all together since we use the app separately so we can get our points. When my coworker called they told us no problem and they would have it and bring it all together. Well the time of the delivery window passed and finally a driver showed up but only with one of our orders. I asked him where the other two were and he said they were super slammed with a big order and the other driver had them right behind him. 20 minutes go by and the other 2 orders still hadn’t showed up. We called the store they said oh the driver just left with it and will be right there. 15 more mins go by and it’s still not here. So we call again and explain the situation and they apologized and finally 10 minutes later our orders finally show up.. this wouldn’t be a problem but we only have a small amount of time for lunch and we have to take it during a certain time hence why we did a scheduled delivery. It was suppose to be there between 11:45-12 and it showed up at 12:40. Our work is 4 minutes...
Read moreI cannot believe the experience I just had with this restaurant. I ordered from JJ on DoorDash. When it seemed like it was taking a while, I called to make sure the order had gone through. The “manager” Ben told us the food was dropped off on our doorstep. When I looked and told him there was nothing on our doorstep, he accused me of scamming and said that he knew it was at the right address because he dropped it off himself, but that they would eat the cost and send another order out. We did receive our food the second time, delivered by Alyssa, but as we sat down to eat I got a phone call from Ben saying that we scammed them out of money and that he knew we got two orders because the same driver delivered both which, according to our first convo, was him. He stated that he is the “assistant general manager” and proceeded to threaten me with going to his upper management.
