Absolutely not pleased with this place.. I drove 29 miles from Cloverdale to purchase a product from this store and BOTH the people that were working at the store would not allow me to use the restroom, after I spent money at said store.. the female basically said "policy" at which I laughed. All I was asking for was to be treated like a Decent Human by a Decent Human... Came here for the first time to get ylang ylang oil, something I usually order online. Didn't know I had run out and needed it quickly for a spiritual/cleansing bath. I am not sure of her name, but the young light skin black woman working was extremely knowledgeable of her inventory which was really impressive, since there were so many things. She was so nice and super helpful. The prices are about the same for what you would pay for certain oils and natural products anywhere else, so I will definitely start coming...

It would be very helpful if the hours shown on Google reflect the actual hours so the customers don’t waste time driving to the store when it’s closed. Even before the pandemic, the hours were curiously inconsistent with when people might need the products offered. I would recommend early morning, evening, or otherwise non-business hours.
