I went there for Valentines Day. I needed to pick something up for my son's teenage girlfriend while he was at school. I told him absolutely no grocery store chocolate for Valentines Day. It needs to be special. The walls were covered with Valentines boxes. You could also buy chocolates individually from the case. They all looked very delicious. The sales staff were very knowledgeable about their product and were very helpful.. It can be overwhelming to be surrounded by chocolate and not know the person you are shopping for. It was a very clean store with very patient and caring staff. Maybe more expensive than you expect to pay, but for a special occasion, it is a more thoughtful gift. I would like to first say I love Fannie Mae. I’ve always been a valuable customer. I was very disappointed at my visit today. You have increased your prices and you don’t take cash. Your employee advised me your prices went up a couple years ago but what she didn’t know is that I was just in that same location in April. I purchased the same items and the prices were greatly different. I understand you not taking cash with your curbside service but I don’t understand why you don’t when your customers come into the store. Customer satisfaction has gone out the window. Outrageous prices .Got home and they gave me the wrong fudge! They were all over the place when I was trying to order. In the middle of the order the clerk just walked away into the back room without saying anything to me. The new girl just stared at me like she didn't know what to do. She didn't offer to finish my order. I asked if the other girl was coming back. There also was a 3rd girl who stayed mostly in the back. It took forever to finish the order.
