Five Guys — Restaurant in Indianapolis

This was my first time ever visiting a 5 guys, everyone had been telling me how good it was, so I decided to try it. First ordering kind of threw me off, I don't like having to choose every little ingredient that goes on my sandwich, so I liked that fact that they have it where you can say all or everything, and they'll put all of your "normal" ingredients that are on the menu in black letters on your burger. Although when I said that, the guy taking my order didn't know what I was talking about, he kept telling me that I had to choose my ingredients one by one until he turned around and read the sign smh. So other than that little annoyance, the ordering process was smooth Lol. It was extremely busy on a Wednesday night, but our wait still wasn't very long. The burger was ok, not the best, but certainly not the worst, and the fries were your typical fresh restaurant fries (for the restaurants that use real potatoes). I don't understand what the hype is all about, but the food was definitely better than other places, just not the best. I wouldn't get another...

OH MY GOD! I have eaten at a few different locations but this one had everything PERFECT! The customer service was great as well. Samuel was very nice! My burger was so perfect I sat right there in my car and GRUBBED! It was juicy with crisp tomatoes and lettuce, the burger was huge but I inhaled it all the fries were crispy and perfectly salted. I lost sight of everything around me and was in pure heaven! I was invited to come back and try one of the shakes. Sam said they were the best shakes so we will see👀 hats off to them, the establishment was impeccable, clean and comfortable! I love this location and the staff!...

I have no problem waiting for a to-go order to be made if it's fast food, but waiting in the store for over 15 minutes for a pickup as a driver KILLS pay, and looking at the employees they are confused as all get out. The only people in the store right now are people waiting for to-go orders. There are even delivery drivers ahead of me still waiting and they've been here since I got here. And come to find out my order was actually already ready but they didn't hear her call out the name so I sat there and so did the food. Only to have them come up 10 minutes later and ask me...
