QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Avon

Never thought i would give one star to this location, been to this location several times never been disappointed, nice young people used to work there who always welcomed with a smile and always made the order respectfully with professionalism.

I am a big Qdoba Lover, literally been to qdoba more than 100 times in past year, so what happened i was out of country for four months, and the day I returned back to US , i craved for those qdoba flavors , i was missing them. I went to this location on march 27 around 8 PM and i asked the guy working there for a bowl that i want chips in the bowl as base, and add queso and rest of stuff like i always have like several times in the past, and he refused that we can't give chips in the bowl, i asked again brother , i have this all the time , he refused again for no reason, such a bad customer service. I said again politely that i have this all the time and he rudely replied when I AM WORKING you can't have it.

Like wow what a customer service , seriously !! After that i just left with my mood off and went to another location and had exactly what i wanted.

At this same location my brother worked for about 2 years in the past so we tried basically everything in the menu. In the past The main manager of the store Chris was my good friend, so tried everything in there menu. And the guy just refused to my order , came after 4 months specially here for this experience. Wow , I doubt coming to this location again.

There is a thing called customer service and professionalism in food industry, with this behaviours i don't know how will food...

It's sad that a place that once visited almost twice a week has fallen so far. I went to the store at 12 only to learn that the store wouldn't be open till 12:30. And in that time the store had less then half there menu and there was almost no drinks in the soda dispenser a fact that the staff mentioned to coustemers after I had already purchased a drink and found out meaning that no a one of them bothered to check to see if it needed refilled in the extra hour and a half the store was closed. The staff can't listen or simply refused to listen to my order messing it up in every way possible to the point I stopped trying to explain and was just downright disappointed. I truly hope that QDOBA finds a way to pull itself back into the spotlight but unfortunately I can't feel the same joy I felt when I first time I experienced great food great atmosphere and...

I was right next to the Plainfield store, so was gonna go there until I read the reviews... The Avon location was mentioned as the better store, so decided to come here instead.... Honestly, I wish I had just come home and cooked or chose something else entirely! The food looks and smells amazing! Taste is "ok". The store was boiling hot! It was cooler outside then in! And the staff... SO rude!! I had never eaten here, so was unaware of how it worked. Instead of explaining it to me, the girl just rolled her eyes and pushed me off on someone else. That girl was a little friendlier, but not much. The one scooping chips was great! I loved her personality! Overall, I payed $30 for a bag of chips (which WERE delicious), a taco salad and 3 tortillas with a dab of meat in each one (My son likes meat only)... Suffice it to say, I...
