Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Avon

Normally I shrug things off unless the experience is so horrible that it must be brought to someone's attention. Unfortunately today was one of those times. Walked in placed an order for pizza. 45 minutes we are still sitting there waiting for our pizza ahead of us between 3 to 4 people already served that came after us. Two older gentleman working, they had no rhythm and seemed so out of place. They looked like merry go round each of them circulating from front cash register to the back Pizza Counter yet without fully focusing and accomplishing any task. Meanwhile the guy that stayed back making the pizzas was complaining profusely. Adamantly stating that he wasn't going to be making, or telling the other worker not to answer the phone because he wasn't going to make the pizzas. Just nothing but complaining but not a discrete complaining. Even using profanity lightly and sprinkled. The gentleman that stayed mostly towards the front register seem like a deer in headlights. He had a customer that didn't get it his correct Pizza actually he had multiple customers that didn't get their complete order. He struggled to keep track of who was coming and who was going. One customer who did not receive a certain pizza was told by the guy in the back making a pizza that he was not going to make him one. Not because he didn't have one coming but just because the pizza maker did not feel like making one. The customer told them of that he wanted a refund then. The guy at the cash register just dropped his finger back and forth across the digital cash register for about 5 minutes maybe a minute less. Essentially telling the customer that he didn't know how to give a refund. The customer left telling them that he would then come back for his refund. I got to see a lot in the hour that I was waiting finally I couldn't take it anymore and I ask for my refund. To which they took a pizza from another customer who was about to get it and gave it to me along with the other Pizza that I had ordered to complete my order, when the back pizza maker learned that he would have to hurry up and make another Pizza it was not a pleasant sound to listen to him. I left bewildered, irritated and simply in awe I didn't know whether to feel sorry for them or to be angry. To make matters worse when I got home one of the pizzas had the center of it the size of about a softball completely missing cheese pepperoni and any kind of sauce it was just curled up right in the dead center. The other Pizza literally tasted like cinnamon breadsticks. Like somehow maybe a batch of the cinnamon dough had been mixed. Awful experience. If management doesn't know they sure know now. I called and let corporate know. They told me that they would let the franchise owner know they would get ahold of me. I told them but maybe someone should go up there and help them. My bad experience is already taken place avoid the bad experience for future customers. All update later. I'll let everyone know if this incident...

First off, I want to say that I'm giving them a five star rating as a courtesy because, while not perfect, they do deserve more than 3.7 and I'm hoping to help give them a little boost. Everyone knows that LC is kind of economy pizza, and yet, if you get the right pizza, they're still pretty good, especially for the price. We always order them for our game nights, and I get the deep dish, or old world pepperoni. Their deep dish is really good, better than what places like pizza hut has become, and half the cost. Being someone with some sensory issues, their deep dish has the perfect amount of doughy and crispy ratio for me...but that is just me. They're always consistent, we never have received a pizza with little cheese or toppings like you will with pizza hut. And being able to order online through their app and just pop in and grab it, then head out is nice, makes it very quick. I do have one complaint... and Little Ceasars, I hope you see this....their cheese sauce and marinara sauce is COLD!!! It is pulled from the fridge and stuffed in the bag. LC, no one wants cold marinara and cold cheese sauce. Their marinara sauce or crazy sauce as they call it is really flavorful and has a bit of spice to it. Not too much that it would bother someone sensitive to heat, but just the slightest kick and I love it...but I always have to heat it up when I get home. This is the only pizza place I've seen that serves them cold. Maybe there's a reason for it. And 30 seconds in the microwave isn't that big of a deal, at least they give you plenty of it, the cups are much larger than other places, so I guess that makes up for it. Anyway, we love them, and we go there and will continue going each week. For the price, ya can't beat them. I can feed 8 people on game night for less than 50 bucks and still have some left over, and with the way prices are now....that's aces if ya ask me.

(Below, you will see recommendations by me, and one is the deep dish sausage. I would like to point out that I recommend the deep dish pepperoni or beef. I don't usually get sausage, but that was the only deep dish option available. And for the non deep dish pepperoni, I recommend the "Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni" This is the one where the pepperoni will curl a little and get crispy...

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Never do I go out of my way to leave a review like this! In all my life have I ever been to such an unprofessional place. I placed an order for my grandmother to go pick up 2 pizzas so me her and my children could have lunch. Repeatedly kept getting our order name wrong after reinstating it several times. Placed an order for a large cheese pizza and a large half supreme/ pepperoni and when my grandmother got back we had two cheese pizzas. Tried to call back to get the second pizza replaced and still kept giving us the wrong name and then gaslit us by saying we didn’t order the second pizza making us pay the full price for the pizza with the extra stuff saying that we were lying when I made sure to repeat the order back before placing making sure they had the pizzas we wanted. As a former fast food worker with management experience it is very disappointing to see a place not even take responsibility for a mistake and try to turn it around on to the customer.
