Horrible Experience! In APRIL 2015 I signed a contract with debit card info attached to secure bar services for my wedding in June. 5 days before my big day Karol Kiley who was the person i was in contact with throughout the entire process, contacts me for payment and info on the bar services.. which was already taken care of back in April. When i explain to her that i didn't feel comfortable paying it again until i could check with my bank to ensure a payment wasn't prevously made she sasid that if i could provide my debit card info she could get with her accounting people to see if a payment was made with that card. I went ahead and sent the information she ask for and a few mintues later i get an email saying thatnks for your rencent payment. When I called Karol to ask why should would even consider doing that she continued to be extremly rude and unprofessional. She then threatened me with youy know whaty lets just cancel this all together.. 5 days before my wedding. I asked to speak with someone other than her she told me there was no one above her,. i asked to speak to the owener and she told me she was the owener. I laughed and stated i am sure the Owner of MCL is not sitting behind a desk pushing liquor she then admitted that she is not the owner. I woulkd hate for any other bride or groom to have to go through what i did. The day of the event was a mess. The bartender had 2 cases of bud light which we told would be the main drink for 150 people. He slammed the door on my guest without any explanination and was heard argueing with his management/co workers on the phone about how could they send him to a job with no beer.. The ONLY reason why we use this company was because we had to go off a catering list from the venue.. I hope this helps get the word out about this horrible service and the people they have working for...

Went to this location for the 1st time today and said to say it was horrible experience luckily I know what mcl should be like I love the 1 on east Street to start with the temperature of the food was lukewarm at best the ( cold ) food and ( hot ) food were close in temperature the attitude was horrible the lady asked if we wanted a table or booth I said table please she grabbed the tray and took off I had to look for her to see where she took it to had to ask for every refill of the drinks and she never came by to check on us but everyone else she was being nice to even sitting at the table to talk to them never got asked if we needed a to go container or drink even though she asked everyone else those questions personally I think this place needs major help and retraining on how to do customer service and how to be nice with everyone not judging people just because I am in a mixed relationship is no reason to mistreat me and my spouse I feel like we were discriminated against because of being a mixed race couple because every white couple or same color couple she was nice to but us she treated like we were trash the server and I use that term loosely was named Michelle I think she definitely needs retraining or fired for treatment of mixed race couple we are all human and should be treated like that not treated like trash because we are a...

First of all the staff was friendly and helpful, the place is very clean. But I was disappointed in the food , everything appeared fresh and was presented well. But my complaint is this, I went in at meal time not to many customers. I ordered the blue plate special and was told the meat was bbq chicken. I like chicken and dark meat as well so I took that. Had green beans and broccoli with it. It came with choice of roll and I chose cinnamon roll. My chicken was terribly dry and broccoli seemed over cooked and dry. I also got a salad which looked very nice, you could get croutons, tomatoes and cheese. I had tomatoes and cheese. The tomatoes were diced which was fine but as everyone knows diced tomatoes make a lot of juice in pan, I don’t think a slotted spoon was used which would have helped. In the end my salad was wet and unappetizing. The cinnamon roll was dry and cold. The price for the blue plate special was 14.29 so wasn’t bad at all for what you received. The salad was 5.09 and the tea was 3.29, the total was 24.70. I did leave a tip so to say the least very disappointed and felt I could have went to a steak house instead.
