Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Avon

Had issues. They gave our order to someone else & gave us something different. Went back to return & the lady wrote down our order and they made it for us. Still gave our order to somebody else a second time. But that guy returned it & they asked if we wanted ou it it not the guy said he didn't bite into it. We decided to take the order. We ordered a steak stack with jalapeno Pico queso no beans & rice with shredded cheese. Well when we got the order , there was no queso & no Pico & the steak stack fell apart in our hands like not made good. We just ate it at that point. Didn't want our food to be spit on or messed with, I'm not saying they do this here but in the service industry we no when u tick off or complain too much they mess with the food. So didn't want to push any buttons by returning again. Hate to have to eat something that wasn't good. But they were quick & pretty nice & gave us some coupons for the inconvenience. it wasn't completely horrible service so i give em 3 star. But messed up the order 3 times. Gave our foods away twice & when we finally got order it wasn't correct. I will say it was dinner rush & maybe some of the workers were new. I think they tried. Like i not rude & didn't...

First of all, I understand that it is Cinco De Mayo and because of this a place that serves Mexican food will be busier than usual. Keeping this in mind, my husband ordered our food online through the app and arrived a few minutes past the time given in the confirmation email. Not only was the food not ready, they had not even started to prepare it. I am extremely confused as to why they did not even start our order prior to my husband arriving to pick it up. Is this a company policy that they must wait for the customer to arrive before they can start to prepare the food? I understand that they were busy but if a restaurant cannot handle online orders than they should not be offering this service. If we wanted to wait in line to order our food, we wouldn't have used the app to order ahead of time. I'm very disappointed in this experience, especially in having to wait 20 extra minutes for the food after it was supposed...

I haven't been to Moe's in quite some time, and after visiting today, I think I would say it is slightly better than Chipotle! The store is very clean, the service was fast and friendly, and the food tasted great. I completely forgot to add an ingredient to my burrito and it was still fantastic!

I like that the chips and salsa were included and they have a nice little salsa bar with different choices of salsas. The chips were actually good too, not over salted and not so thin that they couldn't support a decent scoop of salsa.

The food was very flavorful and hot and fresh. Each bite was a nice little medley of deliciousness and the prices were reasonable.

The atmosphere was nice too. The store was clean and the seating was comfortable with decent music on the radio. There was plenty of seating and choices of booths and tables to sit at.

I would certainly return here before going to another fast food style...
